Lovely stay on top of the world

The house is just as it looks in photos only that the photos don’t do the view justice. The house is clean and well stocked. We had a great 10 days here!

Pretty magical

The views from this home are breathtaking. Clean & modern, yet super cozy. Thoughtful amenities and great host communication. It provided us with the feeling of being secluded in a winter wonderland, but in reality we were just a few minutes drive from town and conveniences. Would highly recommend.

Sierra Rock Hus!

Sierra Rock Hus is a beautiful home with excellent amenities. Close to Tahoe Donner activity centers, yet quiet and peaceful. And the view of the Sierra's is breathtaking. The owner was very helpful with my questions and easy to contact. Overall, a special place to stay & relax.

Amazing stay

My friends and I loved staying here to have a change in scenery as we work remotely. The house was very clean with incredible views. Everything was even better in person compared to the already impressive listing. Urban and Kim were also very kind to accommodate our group's needs. Would highly recommend!

Stunning Property, Fabulous Views

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at SRH. Extremely clean, Attention to detail on design and technology was incredible. Amenities were everything we could have needed. Proximity to town and everything you could need was within a short 5 min drive to great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, retail shops etc... And yet on returning to the property you'd think you were miles from civilization. Quiet serene setting with breathtaking views. We would definitely consider booking this property again.

Unique luxury experience

Our visit was booked right in the middle of a huge snow storm. It was a taxing drive, and Urban kept in contact with us to make sure the driveway was marked and accessible. Considering the challenges that mother nature presented, paired with the crazy drivers... coming "home" to this retreat was a sight for sore eyes. Urban and Brian ensured the house was warm and the lights were on for us. To peel off our boots and defrost our tootsies on the heated slate entryway was just the beginning... every inch of this lake house boasts the owners attention to detail and adds to the luxury of the experience. There is more than ample areas to sit and enjoy the view and to talk and enjoy the company of family and friends. The heart of the house was our highlight... THE ROCK. It provided both warmth and ambiance. Every seat in the house oozed comfort, even down to the throw pillows, really... who falls in love with the comfort of an accent pillow? The items stocked in the home was duplicate of what we brought... down to the condiments... This is a comfortable home, a beautiful place to spend a long weekend, and a spot to remember. Thank you for introducing us to the warm toilet seats and bidet. Definitely and experience to remember. We plan to make this our annual family vacation spot!

James Bond - Tahoe Edition

We recently stayed at Sierra Rock Hus, and it was a fantastic experience. You can see the attention to detail that the owners had during their recent renovation. The house has a great combination of openness provided by the multi-level great room while still feeling cozy. Tons of high end items, technology, and an extremely well-stocked kitchen. The view you see in the pictures does not do it justice. A truly special view that I didn't even realize existed. We put the kids in the Murphy bed off of the living room, while the adults took the two bedrooms below. We will definitely be back.
