Truly a short walk to downtown Blue Hill and the Blue Hill Country Club on one of the most prestigious streets in town. Beauty, walking trails and picturesque harbors are easily accessible. I have a small/efficiency cottage on the property where I stay sometimes when I rent my large house. The efficiency is available for rent as well primarily during the off season.

It has undergone several remodels over the years by different owners but still retains some of its older charm. Not to mention its fantastic location. I personally enjoy the screened in porch with old Maine charm. As a prior Superhost on Airbnb, this home received top review rankings from most of its guests. Though this property is newer to VRBO, it was formerly listed and rented to multiple guests on Airbnb since 2022.
