Great space for relaxing after day tripping to Bar Harbor and Isle au Haut. Well stocked space made it easy to prepare a meal.

I was worried about the single bathroom but the location of it worked out perfect for the three bedrooms. The common room kitchen dining area was spacious and so well appointed and it made our stay enjoyable. I can't think of anything I needed that wasn't provided. Thank you thank you!

We had an amazing stay in Blue Hill! We chose this spot because it was the center of all the action we wanted while in Maine. It was great! We had plenty of space. It was well supplied-so many towels! It was an easy drive in and out of town. We walked to several restaurants and a coffee shop. Blue Hill was a great little town, and this space was great.

A well located flat with a well appointed kitchen. Near groceries, Brooklin, Deer Isle, and a short drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia.The AC unit in the back bedroom was rather loud, but the flat was cool and comfortable. The back bedroom mattress also sagged and was rather creaky. Both front bedrooms were much more comfortable, but our group needed to use all three. The one bathroom is small, and the shower ceiling is sloped and a little tricky to navigate for taller folks.

The space is super charming and well appointed. Kitchen was great with little snacks and a variety of tea. The location is between two really awesome breweries. Great vibes, live music, food. Local atmosphere. Loved our stay overall. The few concerns we had:1) the back bedroom box spring support was broken and so my husband and I ended up rolling into the center of the bed in a pit. We switched beds the second night and no issue. Once they fix the support slats it’ll be fine.2) The bathroom which we’ve already addressed with the property management company - the shower liner had severe mildew and the shower/bath combo is not waterproof. The copper pipes condense the water and it drips down the walls and onto the wood floor. The water pressure, however, was excellent. Under the shower panels though they need to check and remediate it for mold. Allergies were off the charts. Ideally it needs to be re-tiled. Shower is also only suitable for someone 5’ under. Not for tall people. 3. Sofa had stains from previous guests. It’s time for a deep steam clean.To be clear, the apartment overall was absolutely lovely. With a few tweaks it’ll be perfect.
