Located a short walking distance from Charles Mears State Park. The bedrooms consists of one king, 1 queen, two twins and there are two sofa beds for kids (comfortably sleeping 8); two full bathrooms; a formal living room with gas fireplace; dining room and large family room. You can grill on the expansive deck, suntan or just get away from it all! This unit comes equipped with central heating and air-conditioning, TV and internet access. There is private parking for one vehicle in the back and there is plenty of public parking right out the front door. Plenty rentals of kayaks, bikes, etc. NOTE: renter is responsible to bring bed linens and towels. Owner provides mattress pads, pillows, blankets and spreads.

Standard weekly rate is $2,025.00 which includes cleaning fee. A 6% Michigan use tax will be added. A $500 refundable security deposit may be collected if determined by property manager. Half of rent plus signed contract holds reservation. A contract will be sent to your e-mail.
Check in is after 4:00 p.m. and check out is promptly before 10:00 a.m. We rent from Saturday to Saturday.
