Escape to nature without sacrificing comfort at this one-of-a-kind 220 sq. ft., solar-powered modern cottage, nestled between McCall and New Meadows—just 2 miles from the Brundage Ski Resort turnoff. The property is also a quick 2-hour drive from Boise.
This cozy cottage is lovingly designed for couples, solo travelers, and families w/ kids 12 & under. This completely off grid eco-friendly retreat offers the perfect balance of seclusion, style and connection with nature. Every minute spent here melts away the stress of our busy lives!

- 2 Private natural hot springs just a 6-minute hike from your door. Lower pool ranges from 99F to 104F and upper pool from 89 to 95F.

- Off-grid setup with solar for power (and propane generator backup), septic, and fresh mountain well water

The path from this cottage to the hot springs requires moderate hiking ability. There are steep stair steps down to the springs path and large boulders at the hot springs themselves. To get into the springs, you will need to step up on a couple of the boulders, then step down into the pool. People with mobility issues may struggle with the initial stairs and getting into the pool.

My husband and I and my husband's brother and his wife bought this land together in 2020 with the dream of creating a refuge for our families that we hope will remain in the family for generations to come. We all love to travel all over the world. Combined, we've probably been to 80 countries. Someday we'll sit down and count them all up. With both families combined we have 6 kids, 1 puppy dog and 1 rabbit. One of our favorite places to visit is the Cottage Retreat where we let the stress of our daily lives evaporate way with the steam of our own private hot springs.

We live in Arizona and love to visit our little heaven in New Meadows to get way from the scorching summers. My sister-in-law has always dreamed of owning a cabin in the woods and specifically loves New Meadows. We're all excited to bring our kids to the mountains as often as possible and when we can't be there, we're thrilled to share it with you! We hope you get as much out of this magical place as we do!
