House Rules Important Information
Dog Policy: This home may allow dogs with pre-approval. A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added after booking. Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fine.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside will incur a $250 fine.
Lost Items: Return requests incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.
Extended Stays (21+ days): Additional $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually added post-booking.
Early Check-In: Standard check-in is 4 PM. Guests may request early check-in the day before or day of arrival. If approved, $15/hour for each hour before 4 PM.
Late Check-Out: Standard check-out is 10 AM. Guests must request late check-out the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour for each hour after 10 AM.
Unapproved Late Check-Out: $50 fine.
Pool Rules Notes
Guests may NOT tamper with pool equipment, including adjusting temperature or spa settings. Damage caused by doing so may incur additional charges.
Maintenance: Pool must be serviced twice weekly. Please do not be alarmed if pool technicians arrive during your stay.
Disclaimer: While unlikely, heavy rain may also temporarily disrupt pool chemistry. By booking, you acknowledge these conditions.

The home was beautiful and the pool was swim ready. The pool house was also clean. My family and I will definitely be staying with them again. The hospitality was amazing.

Absolutely loved the property! Plenty of space inside and out to be with family but also get away. There was an issue with one of the two freezers and it was replaced in less than 24hrs after making contact. Perfect location. 5 mins from the beach and near attractions. We would love to stay agian if in the area.

The hockey table doesn't work and the freezer in the main house is not working as it should to keep you food frozen. We used the freezer in the pool house to store items that needed to kept frozen in the meantime.

Floors were filthy (feet turned black). Pool was green when we arrived but pool man came the next morning and cleaned it. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were nice. Not enough towels for the amount of people this house sleeps.

Place was very nice and clean. It was spacious for our big family. We loved the back yard with the pool and gathering place for us to chill and grill and swim. It was overall 10/10. We will stay again. Beds were clean. Pool was good and kitchen was gorgeous.

Check in and out was super easy...property was well accommodated and clean...did find old food and dishes in oven and roaches on the outside kitchen area. But we had the best time and best place for large family to stay.Would definitely rent again.

House was pretty nice in general need a few small things like the back door would not close unless you slammed it or pulled it hard, when we arrived the pool was not ready for swimming and when we was able to get in we found that the pool was not heated like the ads had said when we booked it in January for our stay in May! Verry disappointed as we only rent with heated pools so the grand kids can swim and it was too cold for that. Location is great close to everything and no one bothered us it was very peaceful! Enjoyed everything but the Pool not being ready and heated. Oh and the pull out sofa was broke so had kids sleeping on the sofa instead.
