If you want to stay away from giant hotels and be really close to the beach, this is a great condo.

Great Maui Vacation

This condo was amazing! It is situated very close to several restaurants and shops, and is also just a very short hike down to the beach. We were impressed with how well outfitted this condo was for everything that we needed. Definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice condo perfect for our family of 3. For it’s location and price it’s hard to beat.

The beach out front is fantastic especially if you like sea turtles, they are in abundance. Other great beaches are a short distance away. Anything you need is very close by and convenient. A perfect location.

2 weeks in paradise!

We had a GREAT stay - the condo is located in one of the best locations in Kihei with FANTASTIC ocean views, well maintained grounds, and Cindy (owner) was a pleasure to deal with. Can't wait to come back!

Perfection!!!

This was the perfectly located spot to stay. Fantastic beach, well maintained property, incredible sunsets from the ocean overlook. The condo was perfect ... comfortable The lanai was a wonderful place to have a meal, a cup of coffee or wine and watch the horizon over the ocean.

Perfect beach location! saw turtles everyday~

Very family friendly, awesome location. Loved the set up with 2 bedrooms separate and own bathrooms. Lanai to enjoy sunrise & sunsets. across from everything you need in walking distance plus walk to both beaches. Grass area with chairs to enjoy the ocean and peek at turtles everyday.

Great location to everything

Great location on the beach. Local cafes, restaurants, shops, and beaches all within walking distance. Large 2 bedroom 2 full baths with plenty of room for our family of 4 adults and one child. The condo came with everything we needed for cooking, sleeping, relaxing, and heading to the beach. Watch the beautiful sunset on your lanai or down by the ocean with the friendly locals.

Fantastic trip

Nice, clean, comfortable, awesome location, well-stocked kitchen. Beach was gorgeous. Added perk I could walk the 2.5 miles down the coastline each morning to attend my conference; what a great way to start the day! Had 3 boogie boards for my family to use and a variety of other beach gear. Would definitely consider staying here again

!!!TURTLES!!!

Our family created many wonderful memories during our stay! From the amenities at home, to the fish tacos and ice cream across the street, everything was absolutely fantastic! We swam with turtles, in our back yard, all day long!!!! We cannot wait to visit again next year :)

Great condo and location!!

It was great to stay in this lovely gem for our Winter get-away! It's well-furnished and is in a great location. We enjoyed sunsets from the lanai, while watching whales breaching. We walked to great beaches, restaurants , and a favorite place for gelato! Thank you, Ken and Cindy, for giving us the opportunity for such a fun and relaxing break! Mick and Gayle

Property is in ideal location and oceanfront.

You couldn't ask for a better spot in Kihei. The condo is great for 3-4 Guests, we loved the layout and were parked on the Lanai most of the time we were at the condo. Views of the ocean and also fabulous breeze. Steps to the ocean and the unit is stocked with everything from beach chairs to cooking spices. I'll definitely return!

Beautiful ocean views

This condo was the perfect place to stay on Maui! The condo had everything we needed such as beach equipment, laundry and condiments in the kitchen. The location was great too. Everything we needed was a short walk away. The absolute best thing was the Lanai! We loved sitting out there in the morning and at night enjoying the scenery. We were even able to see some whales from up there. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Our Maui "home"

After spending a wonderful month in what feels like our Maui home, we're looking forward to returning next year! Thanks again for providing a beautiful place, with everything a person could possibly want (it seems) provided. We enjoyed the improvements and saw some fabulous sunsets and a beautiful rainbow one morning that lasted and lasted....We can't imagine staying anyplace else as nice for the money! Location, location, location!

What a perfect location and condo for a stay in paradise. The lanai is large enough to hang out and the inside was totally comfortable. Right between two fabulous beaches for walking, swimming, boogie boarding (boards provided), lounging and snorkeling. The pool is an added bonus if you want a quick dip. Lounge chairs on the grass right on the ocean, for beautiful sunsets. And walking distance to anything you need. Great breakfast place right across the street with yummy shave ice , too. Would visit again! Mahalo, Cindy!

Ocean FUN!

This unit is outstanding. It has absolutely everything you could need for your Maui vacation. The unit is comfortable, private and well maintained. The location is awesome, just footsteps to the beach. There are many great restaurants within walking distance. If you are a golf lover there are several courses within a short drive of this unit. Cindy the owner is extremely kind and accessible. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Very nice property, great location on the island

Kihei is a cute little town that has a lot of good dining for all meals near by. From Kihei you can reach out to any activities and tours throughout the island. The beach in front of the building is my wife and my favorite in both Maui and Kauai. The unit itself is clean and well maintained with the second bedroom a little guest suite with its own bathroom. From the lanai you can see both the ocean and Heleakala. Morning coffee and afternoon wine on the lanai is the best! This is a great location on the island of Maui.

Hidden Gem

If you love to be ten steps from the beach and an intimate condo complex- this is the place. We had such a wonderful vacation. Snorkeling right out in front and able to watch the turtles was just the first of many treats- we loved the fact we could walk right down to the condo’s grass area , seat down and watch the and sunsets every night . everything is so close- Even one of the best restaurant “café Olea” is right across the street. LOVED how close we were to other beaches. This is a hidden gem!

Convenient and Clean

We stayed a week in this unit and had a great time. The condo is a bit smaller than we expected, but was fine for our family of four. It was clean and had easy access to a great beach. It was also very close to shops and restaurants. This proximity did mean that there was more noise than we expected. Even with the windows closed we could hear street and parking lot noise from the bedrooms. White noise and ear plugs helped! Overall it was a good base to explore the island!

Can't wait to return!

This was our first trip to Maui and could not be happier with this condo and the owners. The location was perfect. We were able to sit on the green lounge area (which was right ON the ocean) or go to either sandy beach that was less than 100 meters away. The view was absolutely priceless and the people were very friendly. The condo itself was the perfect size for 4 of us and Cindy has absolutely EVERYTHING you need inside of it (from a sewing kit to beach chairs). When we had a question about the area, we would contact Ken or Cindy and we always received prompt responses. They were so accommodating and really helped make our visit to Hawaii memorable. We can't wait to come back. When we do return, we hope to be able to stay in this exact same place!!

Great condo with fantastic location by beach

We stayed for 2 weeks with 2 toddlers, so it was handy having a pack-n-play and highchair available. Unit was perfect size, kid friendly, but mostly it was right at the beach, making it easy to go back and forth with the kids. Lots of places in walking distance for food or a quick grocery run during nap time. We would suggest some curtains in the 2nd bedroom like we noticed a couple other units had, just for kids daytime napping or parking lot noise. I was worried about road noise before getting there (the unit isn't right on the road, but close)....but we didn't even notice it once with the birds, wind and wave noise. Cindy was great to work with. Great pricing for location for what you get!

A perfect spot for the perfect vacation. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful home base for our family vacation! We’ve stayed in this area before and love the location right on Kamaole 2 - the best beach in Kihei! We took advantage of the delicious sandwiches and açai bowls just across the street, not to mention the market for any last minute grocery items. This was a new unit for us and it was very nicely updated...we especially appreciated was the well-stocked kitchen. The only downside was the lack of curtains in the back bedroom. This is not an issue for adults but it was a challenge for our toddler’s mid-day nap. We spent most mornings on a beach run towards Wailea or a walk to the playground at Kalama Park, the perfect way start to the day before finding a spot on the sand to relax. We will definitely be back!
