Everything is brand new in this 3-bedroom house with full laundry room. All the amenities of home at the beach. 4 min walk to the beach. Around the corner from the Publix grocery store, marina and restaurants. Immaculately maintained for a stress-free vacation. Beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, bikes, and cooler are ready to use. New pool and spa. Plenty of outdoor seating 6 pool lounge chairs, 5 adnorondeck chairs and an outdoor dining table. Backyard also has giant connect 4, corn hole, and kids scooter.

**Pool/spa has a heater and can be heated for an additional fee.

This house was well stocked and was conveniently located right next to Publix which was a plus. It was just a short walk to the beach which was nice. Overall, it was a relaxed stay. Thank you!

The house accommodated our needs in the best way possible! Very relaxing getaway for the weekend as the pool and hot tub was clean to our standards. Host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend as I would look into staying at this house again on our next trip!

The pool was fantastic and the house was stocked with everything we could need. The house was spotless and the location is hard to beat with being so close to the beach and grocery store in a quiet neighborhood.

Great place to stay! Right next to Publix grocery store and a 5 minute walk to the beach. A really good bar/restaurant is also right next door. House was very clean and beds were very comfortable!

We stayed Friday night-Monday morning and each of us had our own bedroom for privacy: great layout for 3 adults or a family. The house was very clean. The kitchen had most amenities for cooking, coffee, and frying food. Ft Myers beach was an easy walk and Publix was literally around the corner—both very convenient as described. The pool was a gorgeous feature of the house and we used it during the evening to relax and unwind.

The house was clean and just as described. We loved the pool and hot tub and really appreciated having the wagon, umbrellas, and beach chairs available to use. It was so nice to be able to have everything we needed for the beach!!

Great place. Location is so ideal. We walked to the beach with the chairs and wagon that was provided. Publix is right around the corner along with a great bar/restaurant on the water. Highly recommend this place.

This was a very nice, updates house that has a great backyard area with the convenience of a pool and hot tub at the home. It included everything needed to make our stay enjoyable and is a very short walk to the beautiful beaches of Fort Myers.

Loved the Location

We loved our stay. It was very convenient to the beach, Publix, and Junkanoo Below Deck. The pool, patio and fire pit were awesome. It isn’t a big place but was plenty roomy. It was also very clean.

Great for families

We had a great time staying at Kylie’s property. The pool and backyard space were excellent especially for our kids. We also enjoyed the ease and closeness to both the beach and a grocery store. The location and amenities of the property was great for our family with young kids.

Thank you for the feedback. The pool and spa were fully operational and heated during your stay; the spa was also successfully activated and heated remotely when checked, though cooler winter evenings can affect heat recovery times. The only issue reported was ants late Friday evening, which can occur during dry season in coastal areas; professional pest control was scheduled for the next business day, and the home remains on a regular exterior service schedule.

The place is spotless! Recently redone and well stocked kitchen. Easy to dine in or walk to neighborhood spot. Very nice quiet slice of Fort Myers Beach.
