Aquatini Mid-Century Modern Luxury Retreat - Last Minute Specials!

Mid-Century modern home with spacious private backyard and brand new oversize saltwater pool/spa. The backyard features many areas to relax and enjoy the amazing mountain views and the beautiful sunsets and is completely landscaped with large lawn, lime, orange & grapefruit trees and gorgeous desert landscape. During the day, sun on one of the chaise lounges or the floating loungers in the pool. On cold nights, stay warm by one of the outdoor fire pits/fireplaces. The backyard also includes a bbq with large outdoor dining table. City of Palm Springs ID# 2270.

The home's main living space includes white porcelain flooring, new flat panel TV with DVD & Apple TV, large sliding doors to backyard, large bay window with mountain view, fireplace, bar seating and dining table for six people.

Very close to downtown/shopping/dining, Spa Resort Casino, golf courses, Palm Springs International Airport and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

Our maximum overnight occupancy is six adults and two children under the age of 12. TOT permit number is 6002. Please inquire with owner for last minute specials.

great location, quiet neighborhood

This property is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, but close to Palm Springs Downtown area, shopping and restaurants.

Great stay

House is in a great location. We had a wonderful stay. Everything is very clean and the photos are accurate. The pool/spa is terrific. The host was easy to work with and very accommodating.

amazing family vacation

We all enjoyed our stay immensely here. The pool was perfect for our kids and us to swim in. That was our favorite part! Enjoyed all the fruit trees and the beautiful views. Thanks so much for a great vacation home for us to enjoy!

Great location and relaxing atmosphere

We enjoyed our stay in Palm Springs. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and had a great chill vibe. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool during the day and the fire pit at night. It was also easy to either walk or a quick drive to the different hot spots around Palm Springs.

great get-away

For Grandpa and two grandsons and their mom...perfect house as far as room and pool. Owner is the best as he was in close contact with us throughout our stay. Might add a broom for sweeping up after grandkids :) Great place.

Serene and Relaxing Stay

My husband and I loved staying at this property. The home was conveniently located, pristine, quiet, and private. It also had an awesome mod decor, so immediately felt like stepping into a different time and into vacation mode. The owner/manager was very communicative and clear with direction. We would absolutely stay here again.

So relaxing

Great quiet property. Everything was very clean, and the owner was very responsive. Fruit from the citrus tree was delicious!

Aquatini Heaven

I stayed 5 weeks and aside from just a couple of items I needed to ask the owner about, the stay was perfect!! The house, yard and pool area is so relaxing and well maintained. Great place to vacation!! And when I needed to ask the owner a question, he responded immediately!!

Great getaway

We were in town visiting family and celebrating 4 graduates in our family. My husband and kids enjoyed the home very much and Michael was super accommodating. We definitely will be back!

Loved the neighborhood , we had e-bikes and easily got around. The house and pool are wonderful. The only feedback would be about cooking pans/pots- everything outdated and scratched teflon coated which you don’t won’t coming off into your food. So we ate out. Very clean and yard is spacious. Master bed very comportable. Overall highly recommend.

Great stay and a awesome view

We enjoy out stay. We love the big back yard and the green and fresh grass with fruit trees around. The view with huge mountain from the entire house is amazing. Michael answered me even before I booked the property. 100% recommended

Loved our stay

We loved the location of this property and how clean it was. A vacuum cleaner or wet swiffer (rather than dry) would be super helpful for the floors when staying with kids since they are tile. Michael was responsive and helpful. The pool and view were amazing. We will be back!

Amazing pool

Ideal house for a lazy weekend hanging by the pool by day and enjoying the spa at night. We were here two years ago and were jazzed to be back. Michael has the house appointed with quality furnishings and kitchen necessities.

Aquatini house

Michael was great to work with, and the property was amazing...pictures and descriptions all true to what I saw online. Location very central, it was spotless, the kitchen was extremely well supplied with anything a cook could need, and the pool super clean. I'd definitely rent it again if in Palm Springs, perfect place to lay around all day and take in the mountains and quiet.

Re: perfect getaway

The house is amazing! Very spacious & clean. No complaints whatsoever. I really enjoyed the backyard, I could spend all day in the pool & jacuzzi, the fire pit was perfect for doing s'mores. Will definitely come back again! Will also recommend to family & friends!

Fabulous property!

We stayed at this location with our friends and 4 kids total. It was a great property that we would definitely rent again! It was beautifully furnished, well stocked (kitchen and linens), big pool, great air conditioner! Michael was easy to work with and very accommodating. The view from the kitchen table out the front window was the best, especially in the evening, watching the sunset while eating dinner.

Paradise

This was our second stay and it was better than the first. Michael fixed any issue we had from the time before. The new curtains were great. We love our stay at this home. It is extremely clean, and located on a nice quiet street. The view from the pool and yard is fantastic! We will of course be back!

This property is amazing! It met and surpassed every expectation we had. From the communication with Michael to every detail within the property, this home is outstanding! This 5 Star resort is a must do for anyone visiting Palm Springs. We will book this property each and every time we return to Palm Springs. GREAT GETAWAY HOME!

a few friends and myself stayed at this home for a weekend getaway. everything was super clean and new, including the bathrooms, appliances and bedding. we really enjoyed being able to use the apple tv and stereo options, to play music while we layed out by the pool. the a/c worked great and kept us cool all weekend. and the location is literally blocks from downtown! we all felt comfortable and would love to visit again!
