Walkable to Old Town Scottsdale, this stylish two-story townhouse, appropriately named Scott Getaway, is the perfect location for you and your party to experience everything Scottdale has to offer. This property has a resort-type feel as you experience many top amenities with views of Camelback Mountain out your window. Located directly behind Fashion Square Mall and walking distance to top rated restaurants, art galleries, and local attractions, your options are endless to enjoy yourself.
Where you stay can greatly impact your travel experience which is why we have worked diligently to think of everything you will need to enjoy your stay while visiting Scottsdale. Our unit provides two bedrooms, one with two queen beds and the other with one king bed and views of Camelback Mountain. The unit offers 1 1⁄2 bathrooms, a fully functioning kitchen, dining for six, a large bar area, an in-unit washer and dryer, smart TVs, high-speed internet, and a spacious living room that will make you feel like you never left home. The front patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day, while the grounds and heated pool are well manicured and maintained. There is one designated covered parking spot and ample visitor parking. Our property is always professionally cleaned between visits.
Additional things to know:
Stays past 28 days with requires a lease and a security deposit. Pool is available for you to use at your own risk. Immediate eviction for violation of the following per city of Scottsdale: “All dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short-term rentals, shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children). Non-residential uses, including retail, restaurant, banquet space, event center, or other similar uses are prohibited". Pets are allowed but ONLY dogs 20lbs and under; There is a $100 pet fee for any pet that is included with your group or that enters any premises of the property. Owner is responsible for all pet supplies. An extra cleaning fee may be imposed if property left beyond a reasonable condition.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was very nice in the condo and so close to Fashion Square and all the restaurants. Highly recommend this condo.

Location and condo was great for our family. Nice central location, close to Scottsdale Fashion Square and lots of restaurants. Our family would definitely book this rental again. Thank you for the great stay!

Overall the condo was nice. It was nicely decorated/ remodeled. It has everything we needed for a short trip to Phoenix. The hosts were very nice! Only thing is the place smelled like smoke to me. Not sure if the previous guests were smokers or if the neighbors smoke and it seeps through the walls. I informed the owners and she said she’d check it out. Thanks for a good stay!

As for the smoke smell, we did find out that the guest before you did smoke unfortunately during their stay, this was addressed with that guest as this is not allowed. Thank you for bringing that to our attention and we look forward to hosting you again!

Hosts were fast to respond to any questions, accommodations were very nice: very clean and modern. We had everything we needed - down to the little things like aluminum foil for leftovers and ziplock bags. Location was great. WiFi and cell phone coverage was really good - which was important to us since we worked remotely one day. I would stay at this location again. Thank you Melissa and Todd!
