This is a nice condo unit with close beach access. Having a dehumidifier was helpful but it needed to be emptied every day and was heavy. All the appliances worked and the addition of bunk twin beds in the entry hallway would be great for kids. Not sure how they would work for adults though. I loved the balcony view and high top table and 2 chairs. I would stay here again.

The property was wonderful! Great view of the beach, neat and clean. Comfortable bed. Nice living room and kitchen. The only issue was the automated access code. Checkout was 10:00 am and while loading the car, we were making our final trip back to the room to get my deaf husband and at 9:40 am the access code was disabled by the managing rental company. We could not access the condo for over 20 minutes. We fortunately flagged down a security guard who drove back to the office only to return with an incorrect access code. I finally found the name and number of the managing company on my apple watch and her response was, "Well, we sometimes have a glitch in the system." There should never be that kind of glitch.Again, the property was great, but just make sure you have your phone with contact info handy in case you get locked out because of a "glitch" in the access code system.

Spring Break 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very easy to make reservations! Staff very friendly and helpful!

This was great for the price. We usually rent a two bedroom but this was a last minute trip for us so this was one of the only ones available that would accommodate our family with a price we couldn’t pass up. View from balcony was great. Appreciated the chairs to take to the beach.

Decent condo but small

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The moment we walked in we noticed some broken items. I contacted the management company, who blamed the HOA, but eventually put in the order to get items fixed. Several drinking glasses had rust in them. Then there was a day we had no hot water for the majority of the day. That same day the pump in the big pool broke and closed. Our boys love going to the pool so that was a huge inconvenience. The next day the mgt company sent a text saying the pool was still closed due to a storm, despite the weather being beautiful. So they really don’t seem to know what they’re doing and acted unprofessional. Well definitely stay at a different condo next time.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you reporting the outer balcony door handle being broken and we are glad to hear the HOA was able to address that during your stay. We are sorry to hear you experienced so many resort related issues. We do our best to pass along all information that we are sent from each resort's HOA to make sure guests are kept in the loop. Unfortunately, we are an offsite management company and only manage the condo that you stayed in. We are not the resort and have no control or say over their scheduled maintenance or pool closures, but we will try to share as much information as possible. We wish you luck in the future.

Very family friendly place

We enjoyed our stay at pinnacle port. Was very family friendly wasn’t crowded even for a holiday weekend. The condo was nice and just big enough for our small family. The beach is close to unit so not too far to walk. Pool was great! We enjoyed the grill by the pool it by far was our fav thing!

Great place to stay!

Loved the location. It was very quiet and we had a beautiful view of the beach. The only downside to this property was it was not close to any restaurants, but was within driving distance to several. Would stay here again.

Great get away

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port. We love the seclusion and the beach view right from our balcony. It is a gated community and if you love shell hunting, this is the place.

Great location and easy stay!

This condo was exactly as listed. The location was great, very close to the beach and pool. It’s also close to amenities like grocery store. The management company was very communicative and helpful.

This condo was clean and very comfortable with a beautiful view. My grandson enjoyed the built-in bunk beds. A perfect play and sleep area!
