The Mason House has three units.

This is Unit B, the lower right, it has a master suite with private bath with shower & stacked washer dryer. This bedroom has a sliding glass door to the rear patio. The middle bedroom has a pyramid bunk. There is a second bathroom with tub-shower and a living room kitchen combo in the front with a tile foyer and ski\snowboard racks. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV, beautiful tile gas fireplace and several chairs. There is a table that expands to seat six and an eat at island with 3 tall stools. There are TV's in the bedrooms, there's cable TV & Netflix, a DVD\Blueray player & the whole house has fast WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, refrigerator with ice maker, microhood, dishwasher, disposal, 2 coffee makers, coffee bean grinder, crock pot, 4 slice toaster and all the dishes, silverware & pots and pans you'll need. The shared rear patio has 2 gas grills & a charcoal grill. There is parking in front of the house for 2-3 vehicles.

Excellent stay! Location was great with only a few minute walk to the village. Neighborhood is quiet. Parking was convenient and never an issue. The house was exactly as described and very well maintained. Very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The host was easy and pleasant to work with and was always available with an immediate response if we had any questions. Hands down would stay here again. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area.

I loved my stay! Short walk to the center of Ellicottville and it's brewery, shops and restaurants. I felt completely safe wandering the town streets and checking out the old homes. Very close to Chatauqua Lake and Seneca casinos. The kitchen was well stocked and ready to use. The bed was comfy! I loved sitting in the quiet backyard. The owner was on-site and recommended a restaurant when we asked. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is a gem, just what you would want for a getaway. It has everything you need. Great location, short walk to the shops, restaurant's and bars. Outside back patio was awesome, we sat out every night to just chill. Such an easy process from checking in to checking out.....The host could not have been better, quick response, very accommodating. Very sweet man. We will absolutely be back

Had a fantastic stay at the Mason house. The location is perfect, only a couple blocks from all the local bars, restaurants and shops. Easy to walk anywhere. Area was nice and quiet, friendly people. Harry was extremely accommodating and had great communication. The Mason house was a neat old historic building. Had a very nice patio area out back where you could enjoy some quiet and wildlife. The rooms were all clean and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay.

Prefect stay, close to town. Walked to restaurants and shop. Great place to relax on the back patio. Beds super comfortable. Would definitely go again.

Awesome stay!

Highly recommend Harry’s place! Extremely walkable to the village and very comfortable for our group of 4. Harry was very communicative and his place was spotless. Definitely would stay again!

Great rental/great location

Our adult children stayed at this rental property for three nights. It is a great place to stay barely a block from town where there are great restaurants and shopping. The rental was extremely clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities you would need. Great patio and yard in the back. Owner is very nice and lives nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Family road trip

Family long weekend from Wisconsin to E’ville to visit hometown. All 17 of us had a great time. House was great and very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed. Close to all activities. Would certainly stay there again.

This property was clean, quiet and in a fantastic location in the heart of downtown Ellicottville. Met wit the properties owner, who happened to be outside talking to the neighbors, very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful Fall Weekend

A++ experience overall! Clean, quiet, and convenient apartment rental! Everything worked great and the apartment was very comfortable. Enjoyed cooking breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen. The location is perfect to walk into town for dinner and drinks. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!!

we stayed with another couple and this place was just beautiful. It was super clean. The beds were comfy and the location is fantastic! it had a beautiful patio in the back to sit out and enjoy, and with beautiful birds to watch! The property manager. Harry was amazing to work with and made our stay fantastic!! would definitely recommend and will be on the top of our list for the next stay in Ellicotville!

Family getaway

Amazing unit ,spotless and loaded with so much character. Our hosts we’re so accommodating and helpful. We would definitely go back . The Mason house is a five minute walk to town. Just loved our stay there during the taste of ellicottville.

EVL 5K

We’ve been doing the EVL 5K for 6 years and this was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed at. Will try to rent there again next year if possible. Will recommend to all my friends.

House was beautiful, well put together and accommodating for all of our needs. Beds were comfortable, excellent water pressure, nicely decorated and comfortable. Location was ideal to everywhere we needed to get to, owner was available to answer any questions or concerns we had.Thinking of a trip in the fall back to Elliottville for the leaves and would definitely consider renting this house again!Mark Weinsheimer

Perfect location for walking everywhere in the village. Apartment was clean & well stocked with kitchen needs. I would have rated a 5 star if the 2nd bedroom had a different bed. In the description it said bunk bed but the pictures do not show a bunk. If so, we possibly could have noticed that there was not enough room to sit up in the bottom bunk. Very claustrophobic and would have to duck going in, out, or just adjusting yourself in the bed. A tall person would never fit. If wasn't for that bed, would definitely be my #1 place to stay for 2 or 4 people.

I apologize and agree with you 100%. We had removed the top bunk several years ago for that reason when my ski season tenants requested it but they did not return last fall after quite a few years of renting for the full 4 month ski season. I got a last minute season rental in early December that was a young couple with 2 little girls so we took the top bunk from Unit A, the only bedroom that still had bunk beds and put it in Unit B but never changed the photos until after you had booked it, I was not expecting an April booking so didn't really pay attention. I wish you would have contacted me when you checked in, I could have removed the top bunk and put it back next door in A's bedroom 3. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and I thank you for renting from me. If you ever want to rent again I'll be sure the top bunk is gone!

Canadians getting away

Just came to town for a relaxing get away. Saw this on VRBO and took a shot, have not done this many times, it was great. 1 1/2 blocks to downtown core was so nice, we walked everywhere. Place was very clean and all amenities were there and in order. It is nice to do this stay because we, 2 couples, could enjoy the living room area together, not like a hotel. Met owner and filled me in on everything, and made us feel comfortable. We took the bunk beds, a bit hard to sleep for adults, but it is not to take away from our stay. I would recommend this unit and owner to anyone. Thanks, it was truely a relaxing and fun trip.

5 Stars!

We had a fabulous weekend in Ellicottville. This property is in a great location. It’s walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and a very short drive to Holiday Valley. The unit is clean and has every accessory you would need for the kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are ver nice and the beds were comfortable. There is a nice patio out back with a grill and large table. Harry had great communication And was very accommodating in letting us check in early. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Ellicottville.
