Perfect location

This condo is at a perfect spot right on the beach. Convenient walking to grocery stores and restaurants. It is also very well equipped with beach gear and kitchen essentials. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Maui. Aloha!

A Gem!

We love this complex because it is small, low key and quiet. The unit is in a perfect spot on the ground floor, which we love. It is well maintained, well stocked, updated and very comfortable. Have stayed three times and are about to book our next stay

We enjoyed our stay! Close to all the comforts of Kihei yet tucked away on an ocean facing side street. The home was the best equipped rental we have had! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Wonderful location

The property was as described and was well stocked and equipped--everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was wonderful--short walk to the beach and easy access to other parts of the island. Would rent there again!

Great location

I loved the ability to walk out the beautiful backyard straight to the beach. Comfortable place, has everything for a nice vacation. Fortunately it wasn’t too warm during my stay, fans helped.

Honeymoon in Maui

We had an AMAZING TIME!!! The condo was exactly as described. We were able to visit every party of Maui during our stay. Good, entertainment, shopping, the people. It was exactly what we'd hoped. Being right on the beach seeing the sea turtles was one of the highlights of our stay! Thank you for being an amazing host!

Nicely remodeled Condo

The unit was very nice, with an excellent updated kitchen and bathroom. It has great access to the beach and the perfect place to watch the amazing Maui sunsets. Unit was stocked with everything you might need. There is a bit of road noise from the bedroom when windows are open.

Our annual getaway to Maui

We LOVE this property - friendly neighbors, everything we need, street level, ocean front, watch whales from the condo, so conveniently located we can walk to grocery store, drug store, and many many fine restaurants.

Fantastic home away from home

We loved this condo. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed - a place to start and end our days of exploring Maui. The lanai was the best place to start our day with coffee and then watch the sunset and relax after a busy day touring around. Loved being right on the ocean. Will definitely come back here next time we’re in Maui.

Amazing Stay

My girlfriend stayed here before and highly recommended it based on her previous experience. As a first timer, I would highly recommend as well. The specific locale of unit provided quick access to amazing amenities ie. sandy beach, steps away from turtle beach migrations and amazing sunsets. In addition, walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and coffee. Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Work Getaway

We had to work in Maui for a week. I spend time in the orchards and my wife worked from the condo. This was a nice little getaway to work during the day and enjoy Maui during the evenings.

Perfect location!

I’ve been to Maui a few times and this location is perfect for doing all the activities. You walk right off your lanai to the beach for sunset! It’s clean, newly remodeled kitchen with everything you need to cook meals and only one block to the supermarket. This condo is the perfect combination of dreamy island getaway and practical functionality. We will definitely be coming back!!!

A little bit of heaven

This place is everything we look for in a vacation. Coffee in the morning, happy hour at sunset, wine and star gazing….walk a few steps across the grass and onto the sand, feet in the water. Groceries around the corner, friendly people, wonderful onsite caretaker. It couldn’t get better. Thank you!

Maui extraordinaire!

This was a mother-daughter trip with my 16 year old. We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is exactly as described. It’s so appreciated when owners post accurate info. The place was immaculately clean and tidy. Every drawer is super well organized making it so easy to find what you are looking for. The location is perfect : right on a beautiful beach, couple minutes walk from grocery, shops and restaurants. If you plan on visiting the numerous sites of Maui like we did, I feel this is an ideal location. We are delighted with our stay and leave with incredible memories and a heart full of gratitude.

Little slice of Paradise

This is our second visit to this unit in 6 months. We loved the unit itself as well as the proximity to the beach and pool and particularly being on the ground floor. This complex is very low key and quiet, which is exactly why we like it. It also makes it easy to meet and talk to people, many of whom were the owners. The unit is very well equipped for a comfortable stay. We will be looking to re-book this unit again next fall.

Beyond expectation

Your ohana is why I value VRBO. The property has at least one of everything- snorkeling equip (6), boogie boards (3), umbrellas (2), beach towels, cooking utensils, games, and so much more. The property is very quiet at night, allowing the ocean to grumble you to sleep. Top notch access to parking, grocery, grilling, tennis, on-site laundry (w/coin changer!), restaurants; and did I mention the direct access to the beach? I would adjust my vacation days so I could rent this property again.

Awesome Condo!

This condo was exactly as posted. Everything was great. We have never stayed in Kihei before, so this area was new for us. We loved the smaller size of this complex, as it was much more relaxing and quiet, which was what we were looking for. The condo itself was perfect. While the beach is somewhat obstructed by the sand dunes, this unit had the best visability of the ocean due to a break in the dunes directly opposite the lanai. Absolutely everything was provided and in great condition. The unit was very clean. We never needed to contact the owner during our stay, but she was quick to respond on our initial inquiry. We loved this place so much, we already have rebooked it. Thanks Tara for sharing your wonderful condo with us!

Too hot to be livable accommodation

Nice unit, but no AC. No clear statement of that in the description where you book. Fans were woefully inadequate and no cross ventilation due to board on entry door.Screen door did not have a lock So u could not use that option for getting ventilation safely also. We Found that, due to the heat, the condo was unlivable in afternoon and early evening. And this is not summer. We r Renting in the fall. We would not rent this property again.

This one Bedroom, One bath, Ground floor unit was bought in the 1960's by my grandfather. Now, owned by my aunt, she shares the unit by renting it out to family, friends and friends of friends.
My family (2 Children) and I live on Whidbey Island and already know why island living is so special. However we sometimes do not get to visit this comfortable condo as often as we like. Because we all are living busy lives, my mother and I have agreed to help my aunt out by managing and organizing the renting of my grandfather's unit through VRBO for more people to enjoy.

Staying at a bottom floor unit makes sunbathing/sunset watching and beach walks a breeze. Easy walking distance to shops and groceries while maintaining a private setting could not be more enjoyable.
