Exactly as advertised. The host Elen, was very communicative. Her condo was clean and spacious with lots of extras. The whole complex was well cared. Right on Sugar beach. I definitely would recommend this condo to any vacationeers.

Our stay has been exceptional in every way. Our host Elen has been amazing with all communication. The property is very clean and feels like home. Access to the entire island is great from this location.

Excellent experience! Beautiful lovely place. Elen listed information on things to do in Maui, such as restaurants, farmers markets, tours. Very helpful. The condo was so beautiful and relaxing. The sound of the waves were so relaxing. It was a wonderful trip!

The condo was clean and organized. Host was very clear in directions checking in and out. Khehi is a good location for other day trips. There were not a large amount of condos so we liked that aspect. People were friendly. We enjoyed the closeness of the back patio, pool and beach. Elen also gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We wish the parking lot would have larger. Otherwise great place.

Great property! Our host, Elen, was very helpful and responsive and quickly answered each time I contacted her. We loved the beach. It was wide open, not crowded and great for walking. The morning coffee on the patio was an added bonus.Highly recommend this property!

Great stay at Elen's place! Very clean and updated inside, a very nice property! Not a huge space but has everything you need for 2. Would definitely stay again if I had the opportunity! Host was very helpful with local information and was able to give us a late checkout since it wasn't booked immediately after our stay, which was so nice to be able to enjoy the beach and still shower and have a nice dinner before our redeye flight home! Location is central and great for convenient exploration of the island. Easy drives to Lahaina and Wailea and centrally located to get to and from the airport, groceries and tons of restaurant options locally in Kihei. Pool and patio are nice, and a great walking and swimming beach right off the patio. Tons to do in the area! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay at Elen's beautiful Condo. The grounds were very well kept, right on the beach. We love this location because it's not too crowded, and walking distance to a cute little sandwich shop, the best shave ice shop, bakery and farmers market. The condo was conveniently stocked with everything we needed for our trip and very clean. We had great communication throughout the entire process. I also really appreciated the quiet and privacy you don't quite get at larger resorts.

We love everything about the condo and location. The updated rooms make this one comfortable to be in. We love the back patio and meeting all the guest and other owners for sunset or mid afternoon chit chat. You won’t be sorry to rent this. It’s easy to navigate check in and out.

The condo was exactly as advertised! Everything was clean and beautiful. Everything one could want was there in the condo (beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, full kitchen essentials). We enjoyed the area—the beach was basically empty but we were only a short drive to restaurants and shopping. The courtyard/hall was filled with beautiful flowers and plants. The patio/pool area was very comfortable. 100% recommend! I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place and location

It’s so well equipped, comfortable, conveniently located and a good value, that we could have stayed here for the entire two weeks and reach everywhere on the island relatively easily.

This could not have been a better location and amenities. We had 2 “major bumps in the road” which were dealt with easily with Elen’s help - power outage and cancelled return flight.

Great location. Quaint little unit, loved the lanai and quick access to the beach and pool. The complex is quiet with small family units or other couples. We walked forever along the beach each morning… to Malaga, saw turtles really close to shore.
