This is a stunning beachfront retreat in Gulf Shores offering 12 bedrooms—each with its own en suite bath—along with luxurious spaces designed for large families or groups. Enjoy a private heatable pool (available October–May for $60/day), an outdoor bar, spacious porches, and a private dune walkover with direct access to sugar-white sand.

The open-concept great room features ample seating and Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen includes:
- 3 full-size refrigerators
- 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers
- Commercial ice machine
- Long breakfast/coffee bar
Just off the kitchen, you'll find:
- Game room with pool table, arcade games & smart TV
- Theater room with comfy seating for movie nights
3 bedrooms:
- Handicap-friendly King suite with walk-in shower
- Bedroom with 2 Twin beds and a shower/tub combo
- Queen-over-Queen bunk room
2 half baths (one off the kitchen, one poolside)

- 2 Beachfront King suites with porch access
- 4 additional King bedrooms
