The home was pet friendly and clean. Had everything you would need for a stay in the Charleston area. Conveniently located 8 miles from Charleston and 1-2 miles from the Park Circle area. Check in and out were easy.

We were looking for a dog friendly place near CRVC and this place checked all the boxes. The surgery was changed last minute and we didn't end up staying, but we would definitely rebook. Excellent communication from the host.

The place was okay and clean. The description said it was “near Park Circle” indicating a very nice neighborhood but in fact it was a low income, less than desirable location. Very small space and basic and not worth the price.

My husband and I stayed at the property for a tennis tournament. The location was perfect for us. Very clean. We didn’t have any pets with us but there is a nice big fenced in yard if you have one with you while staying at this property. We had very good communication with the host while planing our visit.

The place had been given a once over on the inside. However, the couch had active stains that had not been cleaned from what looked like consenting adults. So that had to be completely covered. Other places I've stayed have had some sort of spices in the kitchen for cooking, none provided. Outside was a complete mess that really couldn't be used other than letting the dog potty. There is broken tile/glass pieces in stacks, as well as an unkempt yard. Poison ivy was all over, along with other weeds and mud. So it was mosquito city. If there had been any grass at all it might not have been so rough. The landscaper mowed around my car getting it filthy, then made me move my car. When I'm on vacation I wish to be left alone alone. That should have been scheduled around visits for how much we paid. And the area is not a good neighborhood. Everything has barred windows and surveillance signs if that says anything. The host was friendly and overall pleasant. So not hard feelings to them.

The place is nice but some of the surrounding houses are in disrepair. The neighborhood is a little sketchy. I thought it said it was 1.2 miles from downtown Charleston but it was more like 8 miles.

We enjoyed the stay with our pup! The backyard is no longer shared as a fence has been added between properties, so it was nice to not have to worry about possibility of sharing yard with another dog. Property does list a gym, not sure if something has changed or this is listed inaccurately, but, there is not gym on the property. Would stay again!

Great, clean property. Small house but a great back yard - fenced in with fire pit and seating. It is close to the train tracks so if you have a light sleeper in your group, you may want to pass or bring ear plugs or a sound machine.
