Lovely home close to all that Franklin has to offer. You can tell how much the host cares -every detail was accounted for. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful property. Beautiful inside and out. We loved our mornings on the back deck, enjoying the incredible Tennessee surroundings. So grateful for our time in the stunning home.

The house was amazingly beautiful and cozy! It was perfect for our family of 4. The outdoor space - pool, deck, and fire pit were the highlights of our trip. Definitely recommend this place!!

The house is amazing, very clean, well organized, and spacious. Outdoor living space was great; we loved sitting out there listening to the rain after swimming all day.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Slow mornings on the back porch enjoying coffee and conversation, great location for day trips in surrounding areas, and then sitting around the fire pit in the evening roasting marshmallows. We appreciated all the little extras this house included to make our stay special.

Truly home away from home! The house was warm and welcoming upon our arrival. This property had all the amenities that we look for in a vacation rental.

Sherral and her husband have thought of every detail in this wonderful vacation home!!!! The decor is beautiful and comfortable. Thoughtful details through out from cocktail napkins to feminine supplies in each bathroom. Unfortunately, mother nature spoiled our plans for a pool day but she did not spoil our time visiting on the back porch, in the game room and around the corner in Leipers Fork and Franklin.

Great property. Quite location but not far from downtown Franklin. Great accommodations. Plenty of pool towels. Loved playing the 'vinyl' in the game room. Comfortable beds. Repeat location for sure!!

Amazing place to stay in Franklin!! We loved our time here and would definitely book again if we are back in the area. The game room and backyard were perfect spaces to hang out. The bedding/beds were so comfortable and we had no issues at all!

This was the best vacation rental I’ve stayed in. Not one detail left out. All the accommodations and amenities made available were perfect! PLENTY of towels for our group of 5…with more to spare. The bedding is luxurious. We’ll be back for sure!

Host communicates well, responds quickly and very helpful. The place was beautiful and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while on vacation. It was quiet and peaceful and not far from Franklin and even getting to Nashville was simple. Would highly recommend

Everything was perfect! The house was in the perfect location between Franklin and Leipers Fork. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on our girls trip.

This was the perfect spot for some friends to get away for a few days. The location is great, house was super clean, the decor was the cutest and it was the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. No detail was forgotten. The backyard space is also incredible. Sherral was an amazing host. We will definitely stay here again if our plans bring us to Franklin.

What a wonderful experience our girls trip had and the home was a huge part of that success! The house was clean, kitchen fully stocked, I typically bring lots of things from my kitchen when we rent a home, and to my surprise I didn’t need anything I had packed as it was already available! If we ever travel back to that area again, will definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Location was great for us. In the middle between Leipers Fork and Franklin. The house is decorated exquisitely and so comfortable. The beds and bedding are wonderful. Will definitely stay here again....

This was our second stay at this house and it was amazing for a summer visit. Pool time, beautiful covered back deck, super comfy outdoor seating, and dinners grilled outside! Our host Sherral thoughtfully provided everything you need for a weekend or weeks stay at Southall Villa. We loved our morning time outside visiting with family and friends and the location is perfect for exploring the Nashville area, we loved visiting Leiper’s Fork Distillery and attended Open Mic night at Fox and Locke! We highly recommend Sherral and Southall Villa!!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Everything was well thought out and decorated. Beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows and comfy blankets. We loved the bonus game room. We also had a fun time hanging out on the back deck which had spots for those who want to be in the sun and the shade. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. The smore bar with and popcorn was an extra added touch. A couple of things I wish they would have had was a tv in the master bedroom and charging ports by the beds. But anything that change the experience.

This home has all the comforts of our own home! The kitchen is a chef’s dream, the beds/pillows/blankets are so amazing, and the family game room was a wonderful place to hang out as a family. The coffee bar was great too. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and an added surprise for our stay. The location was a perfect distance to all areas we had plans for. We loved staying at this home so much we booked it for our return visit in the summer! We highly recommend this home!

The home is spotless and very well appointed. It’s feels very homey and has wonderful bedding and throws with lots of pillows and plushies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Franklin. The owner was wonderful about communicating. The swimming pool area and the game room were wonderful as well and we loved the firpit!! All in all a great home!!!
