I absolutely loved staying in your home. I will definitely use this location on my next visit into town. The owner was very helpful I had a quick business trip in town with very short notice and they were very friendly and accommodating. 5 Star !!

Beautifully situated walking-distance to downtown Franklin. Great property- the sunroom was our fave place to hang as a family. We missed our checkout time and the hosts were very gracious with us and our mistake! Would absolutely stay again!

The home was a wonderful setting for a small ladies reunion! There were plenty of beds for everyone and the location was within walking distance to downtown Franklin shops and restaurants! Host communication was great and we had everything we needed!

Wonderful, spacious comfortable home within easy walking distance of Historic DT Franklin Host provided nice, special touches like coffee pods and abundant, plush towels Fabulous

The house was perfect for a weekend with friends. The grill and back patio are great. We also loved the back room with the big grey couch. While this room was a bit warm during the day given there isn’t a separate air conditioner in that room, it was simply perfect at night. (The rest of the house is air conditioned.)It is within walking distance to Franklin. All my friends said they would stay here again, as would I. Hosts were great too!

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious and comfortable house with lots of charm. The large fenced backyard for our dogs was great. Excellent communication with the hosts. Would highly recommend!

We loved this house. The location was perfect. Tons of space. The fire pit in the back yard and the game room in the basement were great for my grandchildren. The hosts were very easy to communicate with.

This place is amazing, perfect location, fully stocked coffee bar, comfortable furniture and bedding, very clean! We stay in the Nashville area quite often and this was our first and definitely not our last, this will be our go to every time! The backyard is also spacious and fenced in for your fur babies! It’s pretty perfect!!!

The property size was perfect for our large family. Everyone had there own space. The place was very clean and provided many of basic items ( shampoo, toilet paper, detergents). The playroom was a bonus for the kids and adult kids. Kitchen was good for multiple cooks and everyone could eat together. My mother's heart was full. Thank you Daniel, Amy and Sarah
