-No fireworks
-Quiet hours after 10 pm until 8 am
-No fires or bbq's
-No eating and drinking in the bedrooms
-Maximum Occupancy is 8
-No illegal activities
-Doors must be locked when the house is empty
-Please put trash in the trash can outside the rear garage door on the final day
-Full compliance with the City of Clemson's local laws and ordinances
-No decorations or alterations allowed

Along the way, we attended countless Clemson sporting events—football, basketball, soccer, tennis, track & field, baseball, and more. This property has been in our family for over 45 years and still serves as a central gathering place. We hope it brings you the same comfort and joy it has brought to our family.
