We had a great stay and all agreed it was an incredible week (ages 1-69.) The house was clean and well maintained, the amenities were terrific, very easy check in and check out, and we had great communication with the host. The lake view is beautiful and it is an easy walk down to the dock. One child said the place was better than Disney World.

Great home. Neat and Clean. We had family 3-70 and there was something for everyone to do and enjoy during our stay. Host was very prompt with communication and answering my questions. Would stay here again.

Everything was as advertised. We had a few questions and they were promptly answered. My kids loved the pool and air hockey tables as well as the lake and water craft. We absolutely hope to return.

Awesome spot for family and friends to hang out. Tons to do. The entire house is designed for hanging out and having a good time. Highly recommend for your next Clemson area trip

The house is in a cove. The view in the morning it amazing and it seems like a world of it's own. The kids had a blast and so did the adults. We plan to come back this summer.

Amazing Thanksgiving and gameday

So fun having our family together for Thanksgiving and football. The house is well appointed and not far from Clemson.

Property was perfect for our stay with 4 adults and teenage kids. Many activities (pickleball court, basketball court, pool table, air hockey, outdoor games, beach area, fire table for s’mores, fire pit on beach, etc.) to enjoy during the stay. The kids took over the downstairs and essentially came up to eat. We had a great time and hope to come back when we can stay longer! Also love the privacy of the cove. And Samantha quickly answered every question I had even when she was boarding planes…amazing! Thanks so much for hosting our crew!

Beautiful home, great communication.

The home was directly on the lake as advertised and there was plenty of space for 8 adults and 4 kids! The boat and jet ski rental was as advertised and easy to utilize. The hosts answered all of our questions in a timely fashion and were very accommodating. Would stay here again!

Awesome House With Everything

we had such a great stay. The property has so many amenities between the lakefront beach and dock and hot tub and games galore. House has everything you need and is so tastefully decorated. would rent this again in a heartbeat. The property is secluded and very private.

Paradise!

This had to have been our best stay ever in a vrbo. Autumn was very on top of everything and we had a great stay. There was endless amenities and the kids all had the best time on the beach and cove. It was a great experience and we will be booking again for next summer! Great location for a day trip to Greenville and Clemson.

Great stay for spring break

The house was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great house, especially if you have teens because the basement has video games, TVs, hot tub, kayak and paddle boards all available for guests to use. Our kids had a great time for spring break. The house is set back in a quiet cove. It’s very close to town and only about a 15 minute drive for groceries. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. Would definitely recommend.

Dads 85th birthday celebration

My family had an epic and unforgettable experience. This house is so much fun! The hot tub, pool table, firepits, and jet skis kept us all entertained. The lake views are so beautiful and the secluded cove was perfect for a large boisterous group. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked! Just 10 mins drive to my favorite grocery stores- Publix and Aldi. Very kind and responsive management. We appreciate you and hope to return next year.

Thank you for your stay at Cabin by the Cove. We want to be transparent with future guests: this two-star review has no reflection on the property itself and is directly related to a jet ski equipment incident in which our watercraft sustained severe damage as a result of guest misuse. After declining to issue refunds beyond what was already generously provided — including out-of-pocket costs for replacement watercraft arranged at our expense so the guest could continue their trip — this review was left with zero written feedback about the home, its amenities, or their stay. The property itself was never the issue. Future guests can book with full confidence that Cabin by the Cove is a well-maintained, fully-equipped lakefront home and that we take exceptional care of both our property and our guests. We welcome any questions prior to booking.
