Perfect amount of space for our families. And parking had several spaces behind the property. The location was walkable to restaurants and shops. And the host was awesome!!! Thank you for a great visit

We were able to rent this VRBO on our arrival day due to issues with our other VRBO! The owners were very responsive and the house had everything we needed! The home is in an established neighborhood which made us feel very safe! Close to lots of restaurants and just 20 minutes from the airport!

Very nice open house with lovely front and back porches in the fabulous Hyde Park area. A half block from Wasson Way and a short walk to Hyde Park square. Brennan was wonderful to work with and check in and out were easy.

This property is a great stay! Convenient location, spacious rooms, nice amenities. The host communicates thoroughly and made sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We plan to stay again when in the area!

great location for Xavier Graduation! Lots of room, big dining table which is fantastic when you have lots of people, and want to eat together. Off street parking was a plus!

The house is in a wonderful, prime location! You can easily walk to the Hyde Park Square and also to several restaurants and shops in Rookwood Commons. Whole Foods and Kroger are close. The house is a cool older home with lots of character. The bunk room at the top floor was great for the kids in our group. There are a lot of stairs so if your group includes older guests it is something to be mindful. The kitchen is well stocked and there are also plenty of games. We never had time to play any of them though. Our group found the mattresses to be on the hard/firm side and also would have liked better pillows. There are lots of pillows and lots of towels in the house and also plenty of toilet paper and Kleenex.

Great location to Hyde Park Square and convenient to all that Cincinnati has to offer. The house was spotless and extremely comfortable for our family.

We had 5 cars and all fit comfortably in the driveway behind the house.The bunk room was great space for my daughter and her family. The area around the house is a nice walking location, with stores, restaurants and parks close by.Over all I could not have asked for anything more.

Thanks, Peter! Come back any time. Believe it or not, we have had 10 cars park comfortably before for a reunion... there is a ton of driveway/garage space.

We were very happy with our stay at the Hyde Park Lodge. The house is nicely updated and in a very nice neighborhood. There are lots of shopping / dining / supermarket options nearby. Easy access to I-71 if you want to head downtown. Super nice house - nice back yard - lots of parking.

We stayed here for Christmas and the house was large enough to accommodate our extended family. The house was very clean, there were televisions everywhere and we enjoyed playing pool. The host was extremely prompt at answering any questions. Also the area is fantastic with a jogging/walking trail and all the stores and restaurants one could ask for.

The host was welcoming and the property did serve its purpose. The accommodations were however, exaggerated. The living room couch is counted as a bed that sleeps two but there are no extra blankets for the cold sofa. Every other bed that is larger than a twin counts as sleeping at least two people, so expect to share full size beds. The first floor bathroom is extremely cold with no ventilation. The shower takes some practice getting into without soaking the entire bathroom.The shower head is much too high. The 2nd floor bathroom window had no covering leaving guest exposed. The third floor shower leaks into the ceiling of one of the second floor bedrooms, wetting the carpet near the closet.The property is not handicap accessible .The back screen door lock is broken.

We’re sorry to hear your stay did not fully meet your expectations. For clarity, the home’s sleeping capacity is accurately listed: 9 beds, a pull-out sofa, and 2 queen air mattresses. Extra blankets are provided in the closet. We were concerned to see mention of a plumbing issue in your review that you did not mention to us. No maintenance concerns were reported during the stay, but we nonetheless had a licensed plumber inspect the home immediately afterward and no issue was found. All shower fixtures are installed to current residential building code standards, and the property has never been advertised as handicap accessible. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly address any concerns and would have been happy to address any issue you have.
