Our host was fantastic. Excellent communication and there were no surprises. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The location was excellent. It does take a minute to figure out the parking garage but once you do it is nice to have a place to park your car secure.

The unit was spotless and felt just like home. The hosts communication was great and very helpful. There was more then enough towels and extra linens. The overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend the property and host to others.

No le gustó: Check-in y comunicación
The accommodation was fantastic but the check-in process left a lot to be desired. They do not give you check in instructions until 2 hours before but there is no internet on the way there. They should have a sign at the front so you can work out what building you are going to, very hard to find. We were not the only ones trying to find out where our apartment was. Whats more the parking code did not work. Very frustrating after a long day on the road. I would suggest signage and access to instructions the night before.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the accommodation, but we sincerely apologize for the frustrating check-in experience, especially after a long day of travel. We appreciate your suggestions regarding signage and earlier access to instructions and will keep them in mind as we work to improve the arrival experience for our guests.

A well presented 2 bedroom apartment. Had everything we needed and more, for 2 couples travelling internationally. Great car parking onsite that was free! Maybe the pool facilities were abit small and we could have done with more mugs and glasses in our apartment housing 4 people.Would definitely visit again if ever back in the area.
