We had a wonderful week-long stay at the Tipsy Flamingo and enjoyed everything from the adorable decor to the well-stocked games, books, beach goodies, bath towels, and kitchen! Our hostESS was very informative and quick to communicate in all things. Probably my best VRBO experience to date! Highly recommend the area and the property!

I never do reviews but I had to this house was prefect! It was clean, next to the beach, and most importantly dog friendly! we have a GS he getting a little older it’s hard for him to go up stairs this had NO steps easy for him! They also had supplies for dogs as well although we didn’t use them b/c I brought my own it just warmed my heart that they care for your fur babies as well as you! Can’t wait to return hopefully soon! The owner was super friendly and there for any question/needs, Best trip we have had in a long time!

Great location at the end of the street so away from through traffic. Short easy walk to the beach. Host was extremely responsive and house was well stocked! Beds were very comfortable-three kings was wonderful for grown children with spouses-but also with the capability to convert to a twin bedroom if needed. I would highly recommend!

The Tipsy Flamingo was a delight. Location-great. Two blocks from the beach, maybe 5 min walk. Property-lovely. It looks just like the photographs and is a wonderfully remodeled home. The kitchen is perfect with plenty of seating at both the bar and the table. I have stayed at many VRBO and Airbnb homes and this one had by far the best stocked kitchen, including spices. So nice not to have to buy those. The living room was comfortable and there were many games, puzzles, books for use. Though we brought our own, there were many items available for your dog if needed such as bowls, furniture covers, cooling mats, etc. And the backyard is fully fenced, Both bathrooms were very modern. All 3 bedrooms were comfortable with nice, firm memory foam mattresses that were very comfortable. There were extra blankets, linens, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and beach towels for your use. Though the house had central air, 2 of the BR's also had mini-splits so it was very comfortable temperature wise. There was a hose at the front door to rise the sand away and clean off beach equipment. There was also a small shed that contained a lot of beach toys and equipment. It could not have been more convenient and the owner has clearly put a lot of thought into making it comfortable for her guests. Finally, the owner herself was a delight to work with and had excellent communication. I would highly recommend The Tipsy Flamingo!

Sandra, the host was wonderful. She was very prompt in answering my questions. The house was perfect for my family and my doggie. It is close to the beach, you can walk. We loved our stay.
