This totally renovated condo offers the Gulf of Mexico across the street (west) and Palma Sola Bay (east) of property with pier for fishing on the premises. Our condo is first floor entry with fully equipped Kitchen, large Bedroom with King sized bed, flat screened television, with washer/dryer, Dining area, Living Room with flat screened TV (cable & Wifi provided), dual access to patio. Large heated swimming pool, tennis courts, workout facility, Excellent restaurants with grocery store and two drugstores on island. Anna Maria offers free public transportation (Trolley) right in front of resort.

*We recommend you obtain travelers insurance.

The condo is beautiful and very clean. Everything about this trip was amazing. The condo is in a great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants and very close to beach access. Jane is a great host! Would definitely recommend!

This condo very clean, decorated really nice and comfortable, equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, towels. Washer/dryer, kitchen equipped with everything needed to cook. Communication easy with host. We would go again

We arrived early and we’re able to get in to the condo which was clean and just the right size for the two of us. It’s conveniently located next to alot of restaurants right across the street from the beach. Jane was just a phone call away and was able to answer a few questions before we even arrived. Having the lawn chairs, beach towels, and umbrella was an extra bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit was very nice, recently remodeled and very clean. Jane is a great host and communications were timely and helpful. This was a very comfortable condo and we especially liked the new laundry room and coffee bar areas. Location is great, just across the street from a beautiful beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautifully decorated with brand new everything! The ground floor unit close to pool and beach makes the location super convenient. The bed and furnishings are comfortable. Washer and dryer. Kitchen has all amenities for a quick meal. Keurig and regular coffee maker. Beach chairs and umbrella in outside closet. Small patio with charcoal grill/picnic table ver close near back patio. We will stay again!

Great Place to Stay!

We come to Anna Maria twice a year and I think we just found our favorite spot. Everything was perfect! Also, You MUST try the BBQ place next to the condo.

Great time on AMI

The location is terrific. Walk to restaurants, beachfront bar and of course the beautiful beach. The complex is quiet, clean and well maintained. We would stay here again.

Great Vacation

The condo was very well stocked. Location is very convenient to the pool and the beach. I loved having a beach wagon and chairs available for our use. I would definitely stay there again!

Lovely condo!

We loved the condo, everything was very clean and had it had everything we needed for our stay, including items for the beach. Loved how close it was to the beach as well. Would love to come back. :-)

Great Accommodations, Great Stay!

Couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The condo was clean and well stocked with location right across the street from the beach. Additionally, the pool was clean and perfect. We will definitely be back.

Clean, Cute, and Convenient

My husband, 2 year old and I enjoyed a week at this very clean condo. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet, and the owner was very prompt with communication. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing get away to Anna Maria Island!

Awesome place

Great location

The condo was just as advertised. Especially clean and very well equipped. We have used many vrbo residences and this would be among the most comfortable for a couple. A 2 min walk to the beach with beautiful sunsets.

Wonderful Time

This condo is wonderful! It’s so conveniently located near the pool, across the street from the beach and within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for the perfect birthday get away!!

Being residential remodelers we know what to look for and how to set up a space that will give you the maximum enjoyment for your stay. We know that this is an ongoing process. Anna Maria Island has 7 miles of beautiful shoreline with the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With Anna Maria being a small island you are centrally located to not only the beach and the bay but also to many fine restaurants within walking distance. It boasts a family atmosphere which the city desires to keep. You will not find any large corporations or chain restaurants on the island.
