Absolutely amazing! Everything was as advertised. We saw manatees dolphins and plenty of pelicans off the back patio. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at Runaway Bay! The hosts were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The complex itself is lovely, well maintained, and a great place to relax.Anna Maria Island is absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous beaches and a relaxed atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended!

This was our first time staying in Anna Maria Island and we fell in love with this location. We were able to enjoy the sunrise from the back patio on the bay and the sunset on the beach was a 5 min walk. The property was well stocked with everything we needed and extra. Linda was a fantastic host answering all my questions and we would love to return.

Everything about our stay was superb! The condo had everything one could want for a home away from home. The apartment was furnished so comfortably with a true"beachy" vibe. We really lucked into the best place on Bradenton Beach! Thanks so very much for sharing such a lovely, well-thought out place overlooking the bay

Wonderful Coastal Location

Property very close to Gulf Beaches and with on site swimming pool. Excellent location with everything you need for a great vacation. Would certainly reccomend

The condo was exactly as shown on the video. Every imaginable need was met at this totally remodeled unit. Morning coffee was a joy on the patio watching a sunrise over the bay while pelicans and dolphins were always to be seen. We had the best neighbors Dorthy, Kim and their friendly dog Kiki who made us feel right at home. Very highly recommended this property !

Palma Sunrise

The property is so lovely. Very comfortable and everything we could ask for. Linda, the owner could not be more accommodating. We would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo!

We had the most magical time! The condo is beautiful with everything we could have needed and the owners were wonderful to deal with. This along with a very special view Makes this the best Runaway Bay property for rental. Thankyou for our wonderful vacation!

Beautiful views

This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The views were gorgeous and the location was convenient! Linda responded immediately to any questions I had. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Anna Maria Condo

This condo has it all….beautiful home with everything you need to make you feel like you are at home, everything you would need for the beach-chairs-umbrellas-wagon, short walk to beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants, beautiful view-we saw dolphins every day! The owners were always very friendly and got to back to us quickly. Will definitely be staying here again!

Unwind in Comfort

Linda is an amazing host. Condo is clean, spacious, and well stocked. First rental we stayed and didn't have to buy every supply needed. Property is quiet and neighbors are so nice. Excellent communication with Linda. Close to many beaches to visit. By far, this was our favorite stay. We hope to visit again.

A Beautiful Place. Very comfortable and

Beautiful updated condo with easy access. Very Clean. Beautiful Pool and Beach access just across the street. The outside patio was so nice. Dolphins 🐬 swam by almost daily. I also seen a manatee and the birds were right

We enjoyed our stay. Especially thankful for 2 helpful experiences — we had trouble with the lock one night and the owner contacted us immediately, and I left some clothes in the unit when we left. Got a call 15 minutes later so could easily return to retrieve. Very thoughtful!!!

Amazing Vacation

We had a wonderful experience at this condo. Linda and Randall were the perfect hosts and very responsive. The condo is as described, and the location is great. You can walk or ride a bike to most any place you want to go. We enjoyed watching the dolphins, jumping fish, blue herons, egrets, pelican, etc. from the patio. We would highly recommend a stay at this location; we definitely will return.

A perfect condo in a perfect location

From the moment we first made contact, Linda was an amazing host. The condo is perfect with everything you need for a relaxing stay on Anna Maria. We loved the bay views for sunrise (with manatees, dolphins, pelicans, herons and an osprey to watch fishing) and the short stroll to the beach for Sunset. Bridge Street is just a few stops on the free trolley with a stop just outside Runaway Bay entrance. We hope we can come back soon, thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo Linda.

All the extras

This condo was everything that was listed and more! It was so nice to not have to run out and purchase all the extra little things that you usually have to… Sunscreen, hand soap, shampoo, kitchen supplies, etc. These were all available and helped to make a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation!

Absolutely wonderful place!

The property was outstanding above and beyond accommodating. We had a small leak in the refrigerator. It wasn’t bad. I notified the owner and it was fixed that day. Other than that everything was fantastic we would definitely stay in the same facility.
