Modern Family House w/ Game Room + Discounts!

We respectfully disagree with the way this review portrays the situation. While we acknowledge that an unexpected cleaning delay affected the check-in process, we took the situation seriously and worked to address the concerns raised. However, the review presents a one-sided account that does not fairly reflect the full circumstances or our efforts to resolve the matter. We understand that cleanliness and guest comfort are important, especially for families traveling with young children. That said, we do not believe it is fair to characterize the entire stay as unacceptable while disregarding the steps taken to address the reported issues. We also believe it is important to distinguish between legitimate concerns and demands for compensation that may not be proportionate to the circumstances. We are committed to treating our guests fairly, but compensation cannot be assumed simply because a guest is dissatisfied. We make decisions based on the circumstances, the evidence available, and the actions taken to resolve the concerns. We regret that the guest left disappointed, but we firmly disagree with the implication that we acted without consideration

Thank you so much!

We’re sorry to hear your perception of the area wasn’t aligned with your expectations, however we’d like to clarify that the listing accurately represents the property and its location. The home is in a centrally located and well-known area that many guests choose specifically for its accessibility and convenience. We’ve hosted many guests who have had a comfortable and positive stay, including groups visiting for short stays and weekends. And your stay was safe and without any reported issues during your visit, which makes the nature of this comment unclear in relation to your actual experience at the property.

We really appreciate your review. It means a lot for us.
