Less than a mile from I-71, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located urban retreat.

Spend chilly evenings by the fire pit or enjoy an outdoor meal. Then have a good night's rest in this 3 bed, 2 bath comfy city escape.

Our cozy cape cod is centrally located in the up-and-coming North Linden neighborhood. This home is small but mighty with it's fun decor and practical functionality. The living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom are located on the 1st floor main level. Upstairs, on the 2nd level you'll find a loft/office space, bathroom and 3rd bedroom. Sleep in as long as you like with "black-out" curtains in each bedroom.

The spacious backyard includes a wood burning fire-pit, lounge area and dining space. The fire-pit is for adult use only. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home, but you may smoke on the patio. Ashtrays are provided.

There is free parking in the driveway and on the street. There is no guest access to the garage.

If you have any special requests or questions, please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to help. We are excited to share our space with you! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We are in Columbus for a car show at the Expo Center and the location was great. The house great, the check in and interaction was really good. They are easy to work with the house was clean and well described and we’re thankful for a wonderful stay.

We were in Columbus for an event at OSU. The location was near campus which made travel back and forth easy. We stayed with our two adult children and their partners. The space was laid out great with three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. The backyard provided an excellent outdoor space for the family and allowed us to be outside and grill. This was a well thought and welcoming space. The beds were all comfortable and the rooms spacious. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils and dishes needed. The coffee and snacks were a thoughtful touch. Our host was attentive and responsive. We would certainly stay here again and recommend to others.

The perfect house for the four of us. The drive back and forth to my sister-in-laws was quick and easy. My granddaughter, especially, enjoyed going to the Polaris Mall which has a lot of very nice stores and a nice food court. We also went downtown to the German village area which was very nice. The house was very clean and well appointed with great appliances. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is a large backyard with plenty of seating. The beds were large and comfortable and there were plenty of extra towels and the body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the bath/shower was nice. Parking was easy in the one lane driveway directly to the left of the house. Overall a great experience and we would definitely come back.

This house was great for us. 4 adults and two kids under 7. We had everything we needed. A set of bowls to mix up our pancake batter was all we were missing in the kitchen. The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked, even toilet paper. Plenty of clean towels. The beds were clean, linens provided and made up ready to just jump in. We visited COSI, Otherworld, and Legoland and the house was just a short drive to each. The food at the nearby DQ was good. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. Heard a train in the distance each day. Watched a squirrel in the back yard. It rained a good bit while we visited Columbus so we didn’t get to take advantage of the fire pit, nice yard, or the furniture. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Host was easy to communicate with in a timely manner.
