Our stay was absolutely amazing! Nicole is a rockstar! From the moment we booked until checkout, she was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.The kitchen was perfect for hosting—it was spacious, well-equipped, and made gathering together so easy and enjoyable. The bedrooms were equally impressive. The rooms are large, and the beds... OMG! It's rare to find a vacation home with beds that practically rock you to sleep.We also felt safe, welcomed, and right at home throughout our entire stay. One of the biggest bonuses was the location. The home is literally around the corner from the conference center we were attending, which made getting back and forth incredibly convenient.If you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable home with an outstanding host, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The house was clean and just as described. a group of friends were in town for a concert at KIA Center and the location worked out perfectly. We would definitely stay here again.

Neighborhood was a little sketchy at night. Rooms and house were pretty clean. Check in process was very easy. Only downfall was lack of ceiling fans in a few rooms and one of the rooms had light switches that didn't work properly.

Hi! I deeply apologize for any inconveniences you experienced during your stay. I wish you had expressed to me any concerns you had about the neighborhood so I could happily clarify! I have never experienced a safety concern in this neighborhood in the past 5 years of managing this home so it is deeply saddening to read that you find it sketchy especially as 90% of the homes on the street are newly built. The neighbors are all extremely friendly and helpful, and all mostly senior citizens and families! Nighttime can be scary in general but please know you were in a safe and welcoming place 🩷 I am extremely sorry that the one bulb that you mentioned was not working. I had offered to send a handyman out immediately and you denied the offer and said you were OK with it. Please know that I will take this as an opportunity to have that bulb replaced immediately so no other guest has to be inconvenienced by it. Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. This really helps us be better and provide the best possible experience for all future guests. Much love

The house looks exactly like the photos. The furniture and decor were very nice, and everything was clean. The kitchen was also well stocked with dishes and silverware, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, our experience was heavily impacted by issues outside and a few maintenance items inside. The neighborhood felt sketchy, and with check-in not until 5pm, we didn’t arrive until after 8pm, which made that feeling worse. When we arrived there was a loud, rowdy party directly across the street. The music did get turned down around 10pm, but it was not a great first impression.Inside the home, the washing machine was leaking into the hallway. In the master bathroom, the dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was partially empty (conditioner and body wash were out), and the hand towel holder kept falling off the wall.Noise was also a major problem overnight. Around 11pm we heard fireworks for about 15 minutes (possibly from a nearby theme park). More concerning, we were woken up around 3am by what sounded like gunshots. Then around 5am a rooster started crowing. We left early (out by 7:45am), and the neighborhood did not feel better in daylight.The home itself is nice, but between the neighborhood concerns, overnight noise, and the maintenance issues, we would not stay here again.

The house is very cute and has a simple aesthetic, and the host was friendly in all of our conversations. I didn’t reach out about these issues because they weren’t things that could realistically be fixed during our stay, but I wanted to mention them so they can be improved.When we arrived, the refrigerator was beeping from a power failure and wasn’t cold. Several light switches didn’t work, especially in the bedrooms, and we had to figure out which switches controlled lamps. Some ceiling lights never worked at all. We also had to plug in multiple things, including the TVs, because they were unplugged.The upstairs was very warm. One bedroom relied on a window AC unit that wasn’t running, and the curtains block the airflow if they’re closed.Cleanliness was disappointing. The sheets appeared clean, but there was mold in the bathtub, and using the jets released even more debris. There were two Brita pitchers in the fridge, both with visible mold despite the filters showing as recently reset.The neighborhood made us a little uneasy. We didn’t have any direct issues with neighbors, but during our stay there was an active police crime scene with multiple officers and crime scene tape around the block.Overall, the house has potential, but it could really benefit from better maintenance and a deeper cleaning. Good affordable stay if you don’t care about neighborhood ifff they improve the rest.
