The Coach House- Entire Home - 2 bedroom/3 bath Orlando getaway!

A rare find -- 2 Bedroom/3 Bathroom House.

Designed by renowned architect James Gamble Rogers II, our home is a 25-minute drive ($23 Uber) from the MCO Airport. Nestled in the heart of Orlando's College Park district, it is an oasis just moments away from Downtown Orlando: nightlife, museums, and funky art and music scene. Take a 25-minute drive to Disney, Universal, or The Outlets. Uber/Lyft/Walk to nearby trendy restaurants, museums, theaters, boutique shopping, and our craft beer scene.


The space:
Enjoy continental breakfast with coffee or tea either in the eat-in kitchen or on your private back patio.

We offer 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and keyless entry. There are 2 master suites: 1 with a Queen Bed and en suite bathroom, and the other with 2 Full-Size Beds and an en suite bathroom. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower.

There is high-speed internet throughout the property and a 52" HD TV in the living room with Roku (Netflix, Hulu, etc), and Blue-Ray DVD Player. The master queen bedroom also has a smart TV.

We want you to feel at home during your stay. There is everything in the kitchen to help prepare delicious meals. You have a few ingredients to get you started. Please help yourself to our fully stocked bar (*drink responsibly). Replace it with something if you choose, or maybe leave us a few dollars to do so ourselves, but, write us a note in the Coach House's guestbook to tell us how you enjoyed your experience.

Pull into your private brick driveway, follow the path up to the Coach House entrance, and use the keyless entry to enter. *Unique code is given to the guest day of.

You'll have access to the entire house – two bedrooms with two and a half baths, an eat-in kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a living room. Outside, you have your own grilling outdoor entertaining space with comfortable seating and lush gardens. You will love walking around this trendy College Park/Lake Ivanhoe area, and enjoying our magical vibe.

This place is fantastic! Exactly as pictured and described if not better! The location was great, close to things and also a great neighborhood to walk around. The house itself was perfect and had tons of space and any amenities you might need! Beds were comfortable as well. 10/10!

We had the loveliest stay as a family of four with a dog. We commented about how it felt like "early Airbnb" where the hosts truly cared about their guests' experience - so many little delightful touches left out like fresh eggs and milk, bagels for breakfast, snacks, and a give a little take a little bar. Kids enjoyed the patio even in the Florida heat and the walk back to the cottage felt private and lush. Really loved our stay and have this place bookmarked for future visits!

The place was great overall, had everything needed. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Hosts left goodies for the stay, communicated what was needed, and made the check-in/check-out process very easy. Would stay again. It was perfect distance from Kia Center (5 min drive)

All of the amenities were fabulous. The hosts are generous, welcoming and very responsive. It was a great stay and recommend this as a quiet, lovely space convenient to everything!

The Coach House was the perfect place for our stay to attend our daughter’s graduation. We’ve traveled extensively and this place was the most well stocked home we’ve rented. The kitchen had fresh eggs, milk, bagels and cream cheese! Great coffee (not the cheap stuff) and just super cute and clean. With our daughter based here, we’ll definitely stay here again. Host was thoughtful and considerate - all the right touches for a couple or a family!

The place was perfect .. super cute modern clean and the host provided everything you could possibly think of .. even breakfast stuff .. it was quiet and the beds were super comfortable .. lots of room thru out the whole place .we enjoyed our stay ! Would definitely highly recommend to anyone ..

Very cute and cozy little place! We felt like we were in our own reclusive hideaway. The hosts were very communicative and welcoming. We loved their little take some liquor, leave some liquor idea. Would stay here again.

A really lovely space! Tons of room, and so many thoughtful touches. I loved staying here and I was only sorry that I had a brief stay instead of a long one. I would've been comfortable there for weeks. Great location, too.

Family get together

Wonderful place- we had such a relaxing time. Our family stayed for 4 days for our daughter’s college graduation at UCF and it was perfect! Very pleased and highly recommend!

Great stay. Loved the homemade bread and all the snacks. Plenty of towels. And so enjoyed the shopping cart with cereal. No far from ucf and super close to downtown eateries and pubs. Beds were comfortable and the showers are huge. Great neighborhood and super quiet at night.

It's a lovely, well-appointed, well-located place. The cottage is within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants. The communication was excellent. I hope to stay at the cottage again soon!
