The space
This home doesn’t skimp on style. From the moment you walk in, we want you to feel right at home.
The open living area has a comfy couch and leather chairs for hanging out (or sneaking in a nap). While we don’t offer cable, the Roku-equipped TV lets you log into all your favorite streaming services.
Back wing of the home:
-2 bedrooms with a King size bed
-Brand new jack and jill bath suit with full stand up shower
-Hall bathroom with vanity and tub
-1 bedroom with a queen size bed
Right wing of the home:
-Flex space which can be used as a game room or a dedicated WFH office space
Left wing of the home:
-Double Bunk room with 2 full over full bunks sleeping all those rowdy kids in one space!

-Powder bathroom with oversized mirror for getting ready!
Kitchen
-Fully remodeled galley kitchen designed with a coffee nook
-Full service laundry in house!
Every bedroom features a cozy memory foam mattress — like sleeping on a cloud and a soft topper for those who want a fluffier sleep experience.
The home comfortably hosts 14 guests. At ~1,900 sq ft, it’s perfect for groups who want both space and togetherness.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics you’ll need to whip up meals if you’d rather stay in than explore Bryan-College Station’s food scene.
