Welcome to The CaddyShack! Our golf course condo is perfect for those who love the sport but also want to be close to the best beaches the Gulf Coast has to offer. We are located just before the bridge that takes you to the famous Don Cesar!!! Explore the area with all the beachy atmosphere, including Passagrille Beach, St. Pete Beach and the downtown St. Pete area! We are also very close to the Gulfport community which has a great art and food scene!
Expect beachy vibes with all the comforts of home. The condo is spacious for up to 5 people and the entire community feels very vacation like. Watch the golfers from the back porch!
Everything inside the condo is private and for your use only. All amenities are shared by the community.
I love interacting with my guests. However, that interaction depends on you! If you need anything at all, don't hesitate to reach out! I want your vacation to be the best that it can be!! if you need any recommendations absolutely reach out, however I have a ton online with my online guidebooks both on airbnb and Kosta Coast Vacations website!
A vacation community that is on a private golf course. Peek a boo water views can be seen in the neighborhood - we are just on the opposite side of the bridge, taking you to the Don Cesar.
A car is recommended for exploring all of the St. Pete area however if you are looking just to spend time at the beach, Uber will be totally doable.
Every guest stay does need to be verified with the community property management company. There is a strict 7 day minimum - and the keys for parking MUST be picked up at their office. Please have your license plate ready if possible so that I may be able to arrange the parking passes to be waiting for you inside the home. Otherwise, you will need to pick up your parking passes 5 minutes up the road.
Please note - no pets are permitted at the condo per the HOA. Service animals however, are always welcome.
HOA RULES / THINGS TO KNOW PRIOR TO BOOKING - PBM is the NEW HOA company and they have strict rules as to who can rent the condo. After you have completed your booking on Airbnb - I will require the ID for each and every adult on the reservation as the HOA requires a background check prior to your arrival and is needed for approval. This is unfortunately non negotiable and not my rule. If you have any questions about this process please inquire prior to completing your booking.
Please note - there is NO smoking inside the home. There is a $500 fine at minimum for smoke remediation inside the home. There are dedicated smoking areas OUTSIDE where you can smoke if you'd like. If smoking inside is discovered during your stay, you will be removed from the property immediately with no refund. Please respect the home and property by smoking outside and disposing your cigarette butts outside as well. Thank you
Check in is at 5pm however I will always send the check in as soon as the home is ready and available on the day of your check in
NO PETS ALLOWED PER HOA - please note this is NOT my rule this is the HOA for the condo association. IF you have a service animal there is paper work that needs to be presented to the HOA as well, this includes emotional service animals as well. This does NOT mean you will be denied, but additional steps will need to be taken to secure the booking.
There will be a $300 for any unauthorized pets brought to the home. Please be honest about your pet(s) and how many you are bringing. Pets are ONLY allowed for 6 month guests.
