A peaceful haven close to everything, boasting a brand new saltwater hot tub on our expansive deck! Perfectly situated near Spencer & 20 minutes away from Okoboji, our 3 bedroom/2 bath home offers an unparalleled escape. Perfect for a family getaway or vacation with friends. Make unforgettable memories in our beautiful home complete with everything you need.
For hunters, we have an outdoor kennel with a heat lamp, straw bedding and a dog house big enough for 2 dogs. They can also stay in the garage in your own kennels if you prefer.
There is plenty of space to park your boat! In the summer, we have a camper on the property for rent if you need more room.

Please turn the thermostat in the summer to 76 and in the winter to 62. Turn the hot tub down to 99 and make sure the cover is on it.

Clean, cozy place. Host was very helpful with anything, responded promptly, went out of her way to help with a situation on our end. Highly recommend! Great peaceful location, close to stores.

Tim and Christine have a beautiful property, The moment you enter the front door it feels like a home away from home. Its Warm, welcoming and They even stocked the fridge with eggs and other goodies. Highly recommend! If i could give it 6 stars i would.

We had a very wonderful day. Christine was an excellent host and a communicated with her both by phone and text and she was extremely accommodating and everything. The beds were very comfortable in the house was extremely clean and well kept. Did get to enjoy the hot tub which was wonderful even though the weather was extremely cold while we were there. Hope to stay there again in the future. And would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Spencer area.

Spent 2 nights at the property. House met all of our needs, including a full kitchen. Would stay at this property again if returning to the area.

I love yoga and my husband loves anything outdoors - hunting, fishing and gardening. We plan to retire to this home because we love the area.
