This property was great and had everything we needed. Rooms were fresh and comfortable, living spaces were spacious with many seating options, and the kitchen had all tools necessary. We appreciated being able to spread out and have space, but also come together to play games and visit. The close proximity to Sawmill Reservoir is a special feature of this location. Walking to Sawmill at sunrise and sunset was a special way to begin and end each day. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet, the hot tub delightful, and the back patio gave us great outdoor options for hanging out. We would highly recommend this property for a summer stay.

Great quiet location for walking or riding the free bus to town in the summer. Clean, well-stocked, with kitchen items and towels for our group of six adults and a toddler. Playroom and bunk room are on the top level with no bathroom and open stairs, so not ideal for a group of small children without constant supervision. Entire lower level provided a perfect space for our daughter and her 2-year-old. Large table and benches in this space with a kitchenette are a bonus. Tons of mudroom space/hooks/cubbies at entry from the garage for all your gear.Large dining table was perfect for our group. Primary bedroom was so nice with lots of storage and closet space, steam shower and a fireplace.We really appreciated all the en suite bathrooms, plus the two extras.Minor ding - there were multiple windows that were difficult to open/close. The window shades are somewhat monotonous to open/close every day.

Excellent Place to stay in Breck near Biber Run

The house is very spacious, clean, and in excellent conditions. We had a great vacation and the property manager was very helpful with any needs we had. We would gladly go back.

Good house. Great ski location. Good rooms. Really good management company. Took care of a few issues quickly for us.

March 2015 Stay

We had a wonderful stay. Space was great for 3 families. Could use serving utensils and expected cards or games in game room. Loved the space. Hot tub was nice after long day of skiing.

Best Family Vacation Property!

We brought our family and friends for a memorable trip before all of our kids are gone off to college. We had such a great time at the house! It was very spacious and had plenty of beds for our group. Interior was really nice and the kitchen / living area was great for cooking and watching football The kids loved the gameroom and the steam shower in Master Bath was unbelievable!! We will definitely stay here again. Jeff was a great management company professional ! Ski Cougtry Resorts was very informative and personable !

Ski In/Out, Great for Groups of 10-14, Comes with Shuttle Service

Stayed with 4 couples, and a few single friends, and the mix of private couples bedrooms and single beds was perfect. Great location, a 2 minute walk to the slopes. Booking comes with Shuttle Service, and the management company did a great job fixing a few things for us upon arrival, and taking us to and from Downtown when needed. Private Hot Tub was a blast. Nothing bad to say here; will absolutely stay again next time I'm out with a group that size!

Good vacation spot in Breckinridge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. It was very close to the Snowflake lift making it easy to get on the slopes. The bunk beds were not very comfortable as they seemed to be missing slats which made them sag. There was also trash and leftover items from previous guests in a few locations.

BRECK IN THE SUMMER

Overall recommend! very spacious, kitchen equipped. We were “lucky” enough to meet a BEAR in the afternoon, scared us a bit since we were on our way out and kids were scattered as we were trying to get in the car, overall a cool experience and Story to tell back home. We met the lovely neighbors who live there full time and recommend to always check garage area through the front door before opening it- just incase the bears are hanging out. Drive to town is super easy!

Great location, but...

Terrific location with easy access to the Snowflake chair (across the street). Huge rooms. Grand common space. Hot tub and steam shower are perfect for apres. The kitchen was under stocked (Two wine glasses?) for the number of people slept. Dinning room chairs were suspect. Toaster is possessed by evil fire spirits. Many windows drafty with locks that don't quite latch. Needs a little maintenance, but a terrific location for a large group.

Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a Christmas gift to our children. We wanted it to be an experience, & I believe we nailed it :) Although I am not very techy, I was able to find & book it with relative ease. The location was perfect. The accommodations fit our family perfectly. 4 families were able to spread out nicely. The shuttle service was very convenient & prompt. The driver Kent & another gentleman, the last night (I did not catch his name) were both very friendly & patient. Cleanliness was adequate. The kitchen was well stocked with tools to prepare meals. However the knives were quite dull. There are 2 to 3 dining room chairs that are pretty wobbly. The first night something started beeping in the middle of the night, in the bedroom we were sleeping in (I assume a low battery sensor, on the smoke alarm). I contacted management the next morning & it was taken care of immediately, with a smile & apologies. Management was very available & checked in throughout our stay as to comfort & further needs. We were a bit dismayed that the front steps & sidewalk had not been cleaned creating snowpack & slick conditions. The deck had quit an accumulation of snow. No tools were noted to clean it off with which rendered the outdoor grill & deck unusable. Overall we had a very pleasant stay that hopefully will be cherished for a lifetime by our family.

A week in Breakenridge

Great trip with friends

The location was spot on! The ski out on snowflake run was awesome! Put your boots on Inside the house walk across the street and clip on your skis great! However the ski in was a little tough snowflake run is very flat above the house. Although it was very much ski in ski out!

Great experience

Unfortunate that the hot tub is broken in the backyard but it was not advertised. Everything else was great. Great house in a great location. The ski country shuttle alone is worth the stay. Never waited more than 10 minutes for a ride and the drivers were great. Definitely would recommend this house.

Weekend Ski Trip

Great location to the chairlifts - a short drive to Quicksilver or a walk to Snowflake. There was plenty of space for everyone with a private bathroom off each bedrooms. While the bedrooms were comfortable & had everything you needed, the loft and common space furniture needs some updating and were uncomfortable. Great option for a larger group with downtown and grocery store less than a 10 min drive.
