Soaring ceilings, arched windows, and meticulous craftsmanship create a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout. The living room flows seamlessly into a formal dining area and a fully renovated kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, generous cabinetry, and premium cookware.
Each of the three bedrooms includes its own en-suite bathroom. The primary suite features a California king bed, built-in custom storage, and direct access to the backyard. The middle bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a full-size Murphy bed, making it an excellent option for guests or a flexible office or playroom. Hardwood floors, luxury linens, and a whole-home Sonos system enhance the home’s polished yet comfortable feel.
Guests enjoy fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, central heating and air, and an in-unit washer and dryer, with the home fully stocked for extended stays. For families, cribs, high chairs, and other gear can often be provided with advance notice to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
