Truly charming rental. Expansive views of the mountains and close to (11 minutes) Colorado National Monument. Rental was outside the city in the farmland which added to the charm...quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this rental to anyone traveling through the area.

This is our second visit. This place is cute, clean and quiet. The host is very easy to get along with. For us this location is close to family and there is room for a trailer if you are towing something. We will be back.

I liked the “ranch” feel with the Colorado Monument overlooking this property - with barns/outbuildings and the neighbors cows could be seen from afar. The interior had a southwest feel, with a tall vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan, leather living room furniture (couch, chair, ottoman), breakfast bar, spacious dining room table and was decorated with nature photography. The bed was firm, maybe memory foam, but had plenty of pillows, a quilted coverlet and fluffy down comforter. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed, and was about 10 minutes away from downtown Fruita. The property owner was very responsive.

Everything was great except for the bed. Normally we prefer a firm mattress, but this hard mattress was like a rock! Neither my husband nor I could stand sleeping on it so he took the easy chair and I took the couch. It wasn’t the restful night we were hoping for. But for those of you who enjoy a rock hard mattress, you’ll love this rental!

The property was perfect for our visit to the area. Close to Grand Junction, but the short drive away also brought us to the location with spectacular views. The studio was large, clean, quiet and well-appointed.
