Welcome to Chateau de Maggie Valley! From the moment you arrive at this breathtaking property, you’ll be captivated by the incredible views and amazing amenities. With a hot tub, fire pit, wraparound screened porch, outdoor grill and dining area, as well as an amazing waterfall feature, there is just so much to enjoy!
Inside, the expansive space spans two floors with a two sided fire place in the living room, a spacious and fully stocked kitchen, high speed WiFi, and a game room that includes a ping pong table, pool table, poker room, and popcorn maker.
Guests also have access to the one car garage as well as a large gated parking pad that can accommodate multiple vehicles and small trailers.
Chateau de Maggie Valley sits in a fantastic location just minutes from so many wonderful area attractions. It’s only a few minutes to the Cataloochee Ski Resort, Tube World, Festival Grounds, and Wheels Through Time Museum. It’s 5 minutes to the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and a short drive to Cherokee, Harrah’s Casino and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
The main level of the property has 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom as well as the additional full hall bath. The living room and second living area with a futon, dining room and kitchen are also all located on this floor.
Downstairs offer a second master with an attached full bath, game room with a sleeper sofa, and the bunk room that sleeps 6.
The outdoor spaces are impressive. A wraparound screened porch hugs this home and it’s filled with cozy furniture for enjoying the views. There is a large propane grill and cooking station, outdoor dining area, and even a porch swing.
Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking or skiing, as you gaze at the incredible Mountain View’s, or step into the amazing back yard where the music of the waterfall serenades you as you roast marshmallows at the fire pit.
