Welcome to our classic yet stunning home away from home. Upon entering our cozy and newly renovated abode, you'll find a clean, bright, well decorated home with many great amenities where you can kick back, relax and enjoy your stay. Walking in you'll be greeted by handsome finishes and delightful decorations. The whole home is newly renovated, clean as a whistle and ready to induce relaxation. Everything is on one level and like nothing else you will see in the Des Moines area. We know you’ll love it as much as we do! The large living room is a great place to kick your feet up and has ample space to spread out and relax. It has a 65" Samsung Smart TV with an extremely comfortable sectional couch and swivel barrel chair. Enjoy getting ready in the beautiful, fully lit bathroom. The spacious tiled shower will leave you feeling clean and refreshed. The swanky kitchen area has soft close cabinets that house all the kitchen utensils you will need to enjoy a delightful meal in. Seating for 4 is located at our large round marble table. The kitchen has all Whirlpool and Frigidaire appliances, a 30" electric stove, fridge, oven and microwave. There are two bedrooms with very comfortable Queen-sized beds in each room. The master bedroom has a 55" Samsung Smart TV, a large closet with laundry conveniently located. Stretch out and get a good night’s sleep in one of these homey rooms. Our home is in a perfect centralized location for any traveler and visitor. We are conveniently located off I-80 and I-235. Since we are off I-80 there is some interstate noise. There is a small fan in each bedroom which covers up any interstate noise you may hear. Whether you are passing through or staying awhile, you'll be able to get anywhere in Des Moines and the surrounding area within 10 - 25 minutes. We are 5 minutes from the Prairie Trail District where you will find lots of great dining and entertainment options. And only 10 minutes to downtown Des Moines. We hope you enjoy your stay! ***PET FEE IS $150***

The house was lovely. Perfect location for activities in Des Moines, Ames, and Ankeny. Quite neighborhood.

This is our second time staying at this property and it’s the perfect little place to stay. Cute, clean and relaxing. The host Jason is one of the nicest people we’ve encountered and it’s rare these days! We will definitely check availability here first always when we come back to visit our family.

Very nice property. The host was very responsive to any questions. Nice location and driveway parking. There were ample supplies and a great book outlining house rules and activity suggestions in the area.

Such a cute clean newly renovated house! Had everything we needed! Comfortable beds, pillows, and bedding! Easy location with lots of parking. Would definitely recommend this house to others! The host were very kind and responsive!

Our host checked in frequently to make sure all was well. The hosts put together a little book of things to do in Des Moines, which I loved. The home is indeed charming and peaceful with accents of green throughout. My husband raved about the shower-head! It felt like rain - it was modern and a large square. He also loved the tile walls in the bathroom and was so excited to find Folgers coffee! We were here on two hot days and were blessed to have a place to relax. The driveway is huge. I would only recommend room darkening shades for the bedrooms and a lower pet fee. I recommend and would stay again!

What a beautiful spacious home! Very clean and had everything we needed! Our Hazel girl (pet) loved running in the back yard. Jason (Host) checked in on us to make sure we were having an enjoyable stay-he was so very kind! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Will definitely be checking availability when we come back to the area!

We would definitely stay here again. It is convenient location to downtown and onsite parking was a plus. The home was beautifully maintained and impeccably clean. Kitchen was lightly stocked with cooking tools.. but enough to get the job done. Not being a pet owner, I was a bit hesitant to rent as I am sensitive to pet odors. There was no evidence that the home was ever rented to pet owners. Jason was quick to respond and very accommodating.
