The posted pictures do not do this house justice! Super cute, welcoming and family friendly! Will definitely stay here again if we find our selves is Missoula again.

House was nice, clean, and appointed with all the usual comforts and accessories (kitchen was stocked nicely, for example). Lots of seating and entertaining space in the main living area where we spent a bulk of our time. Lighting in the upstairs master bedroom was pretty limited (and without a nightstand on both sides of the bed). The bonus room space with the ping-pong table was especially enjoyable! We were there for a soccer tournament and the location is conveniently close to the Fort Missoula complex. Very quiet neighborhood and neat property - there is space outside if anyone wants to play. And, we enjoyed the back deck area with the TV and seating.One thing to note: the house is a split-level and the stairs are metal. If you have a person in your party with mobility issues, keep that in mind or prepare accordingly.

Pleasantly surprised, the property was much better than expected. Newly remodeled. Nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for all of the family.

Overall, property was good and fit our needs. However, we did have some issues. The outdoor grill was filthy. The air fryer in the kitchen was not clean and contained leftover grease and food chunks. There was a shampoo cap holding up the drain in the downstairs bathroom. We did not get check in info until 3:20 when check in is listed at 3:00. We had to google how to lock the front door as it is a push button lock that we did not know how to use. There were no check out procedures given. I reached out to the host regarding the procedures and did not receive a response. The inside steps are metal and there is no handrail going downstairs. The stove worked intermittently and the table with the propane hookup outside didn’t work at all. Minor adjustments would make this home 5 stars.

This was a great house to stay in and very quietarea.Lots of room for everyone. Lots of deer to watch while hanging out on the deck. I hope to stay here in the future.
