My accommodation is close to the city center, services, express buses and parks.
10 dollars extra per pet per night will be charged as an extra on top of your initial booking fees.
In addition, $10 dollars will be charged if you leave after 11 a.m. or arrive before 4 p.m., but you must retain authorization in advance otherwise an additional night will be charged.

5 minutes from downtown and old Quebec, it is the ideal place to stay at a good price. Best bang for the buck.

Express bus lines 800 and 801 and bus 28, 36 will take you to the heart of the action of Quebec in less than 10 minutes.

The Rouz Vert circuit cycle path is 2 minutes from the building.

Note: The cameras cover the front and rear of the building in addition to covering the entrance to the building to ensure everyone`s safety. NO cameras are installed inside the accommodations.

10 dollars extra per hour for an arrival before 1600 but this must be approved and paid extra on the amount of the reservation in advance depending on the availability of the cleaning team. Free street parking may be available; however, we are not responsible for parking availability or regulations. Guests are responsible for verifying local parking rules and ensuring compliance. Note: Even though your dog is a support animal, there will be a $10 fee per dog, per night, for your stay. We will waive the extra pet count if you have two or three dogs (maximum), but the $10 nightly fee still applies. This is because having animals in the unit leads to higher cleaning costs, increased risk of damage to furniture, and potential issues with other tenants in the building or future guests staying in the same unit — especially those with pet allergies.

During your stay in our accommodation, we provide Wi-Fi. However, we are not responsible for any Internet outages. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible with our technician and/or Internet provider, but we cannot be held liable for any financial losses or damages that may result from such interruptions.

Additionally, we provide basic supplies such as toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels. If there is a dishwasher, we will include a few pods or capsules for a limited number of uses. The same applies to the washing machine — we will provide a few laundry detergent pods for your stay. However, we are not responsible for restocking these items, regardless of the length of your stay. You will need to purchase more if needed.
