Superb Penthouse built in 2018 of 1000 feet squares located on the 4th floor with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a private rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi open year-round and view of Quebec City, abundant windows and private covered parking. Neighborhood animated all year near Old Quebec with all the shops nearby: restaurants, cafes, bars, groceries, bakeries, etc. Owners available, impeccable service and excellent maintenance.

The condo and the private terrace offer beautiful views and the building is very well soundproofed. In addition, the condo has an original decoration, 9 feet cellings, granite countertops, a perfectly equipped kitchen (espresso machine, dishwasher, etc.), air conditioning, Wifi, ceramic shower and much more!

Please note that there is no elevator.

If you wish to use the electric charging station, please let us know in advance so we can set it up for your arrival.

Great stay

We arrived in a blizzard and luckily could get in early. Location was perfect, plenty of restaurants within steps of the condo. Great space in the condo, so awesome to have laundry.

Short Family Visit

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the condo’s location and the condo itself was sparkling clean and very well appointed for our purpose. We look forward to visiting Quebec city again, and would seriously consider returning to this condo as our home base.

Quebec Trip

Fabulous stay, enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and living room, we had everything we would need or find right at home! Beautifully finished condo with an absolutely amazing view of the city from the balcony hot tub. Perfectly located for a weekend touring the city.

Excellent spot

Our family of four had an excellent stay here. We walked into the city each day and returned to the hot tub and a neighborhood dinner each evening. The place was clean and spacious with excellent views all around.

Cozy Quebec Condo!

Our stay here was excellent! Check in was a breeze, thanks to the thorough instructions provided and the accommodations were truly top notch. The views from the apartment were expansive, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds and linens were very comfortable and the hot tub was an added bonus after a long day of exploring the city. The neighborhood itself was quiet and had lots to offer within walking distance. A great place to stay, for sure!

Fantastic Stay!

We loved our 6 night stay! The apartment was true to the photographs and well-equipped. Our family of 5 had plenty of room, and we enjoyed the views of the city from the lovely windows and terrace. It was conveniently located near a grocery store and about a 1.5 mile easy walk to Old City. Several bakeries, cafes, and restaurants to enjoy as well.

Great Fall Getaway

Our atay was perfect! The unit is nicer than advertised! Big, clean and comfortable. It’s located on a street corner but was so quiet; the windows are too notch. The reserved parking is a big plus. Many great dining options within walking distance. Would definitely go back.

Great location

Great location, clean and well stocked, close to everything. Neighborhood itself is walkable and enjoyable. Please note no elevator and it is 4th floor. Not a problem for us, however... Had a great time. Highly recommend.

Great neighborhood, beautiful apartment

We truly enjoyed our stay in Quebec City. The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and aesthetically lovely. Kitchen was well appointed. Great air conditioning. Each day we walked downtown, 3+ miles/5+ km round trip. Rooftop deck was a beautiful place to view the city, the moon, a rainbow, and fireworks. The only downside was the pub exhaust fan empties out on the roof and smelled like burgers and fries which put us off using the nice hot tub. Pas de probleme!

3e Ave Quebec City

Spacious and well supplied penthouse suite. The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed (well, actually a tea pot would have been perfect). The 4 flights of stairs to walk up are definitely a challenge but once inside the unit it is worth the effort. The hot tub manual looks overwhelming but isn’t really too bad. Thank you for all the good suggestions on local places to try. The neighbourhood is an extra bonus to this booking. It is charming and easily walkable with delightful old character buildings and architecture. Truly a pleasure to stay here.

Beautiful apartment

The standard of fixtures and fittings and the quality and attention to detail in the accessories provided is top notch. The location is great with some really nice stores and restaurants close by. The neighbourhood is lovely, people are friendly and it’s a great base for exploring Quebec. We had some occasional street noise from the pub downstairs but nothing too disruptive. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and we appreciated the amount of thought and attention given to visitor comfort.

Great 4th floor walk up

This was a beautiful apartment, very comfortable for two couples with separate bathrooms. It has lots of windows, appears newly renovated, very clean and nicely decorated. Great neighborhood with restaurants and nearby grocery store. Half hour walk into the old city. Just be aware that it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Frederic was awesome. Very helpful, available and friendly.

Quebec City Stay

Four of us stayed at Frederik’s VRBO in Quebec City for four nights. The two bedroom two bath fourth floor unit was well equipped and furnished with a clean rooftop hot tub. We were initially concerned about parking for our second car but found we could easily find space on the nearby street. We drove into old Quebec City within 10 minutes each morning, spend the day, and returned to an evening hot tub to recap the day. The restaurants and bakeries nearby along with the grocery store were all great. The neighborhood is safe feeling with families walking by from nearby homes. We will strongly consider a return visit and stay at the same comfortable, modern VBRO.

Great spot in Quebec City

This 4th floor condo is a great find. The kitchen is perfectly appointed, the furnishings are nice and the sleeping options are good. Beautiful views and lots of sunlight. Bathrooms are small but adequate and nice fixtures. No elevator is somewhat of a pain, especially bringing up the bags. The only other caution is the parking: the rental includes a spot in the carport, but it is *very* tiny - we had a minivan and it barely fit. If you have a fullsize SUV, you'll be in trouble. Perhaps there are street parking options. But overall, this is a great property run by very good owners.

Great Apartment, fabulous time!

My husband, our daughter, her husband, and I stayed for a week at this apartment. I really can't say enough good things about it. It was one of the best if not the best equipped VRBO property we have ever rented. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment as well as those things we usually have to bring like spices, paper towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. There was even laundry soap and dryer sheets! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The apartment itself was clean and just right for the 4 of us. The neighborhood was very quiet, and everything was convenient. It is only a short walk to an IGA grocery store as well as a drug store. We only used the hot tub once due to the weather being quite cold, but the rooftop terrace has beautiful views. The pub downstairs had really good food and the staff were very friendly. We had brunch and supper there as well as drinks one night. I would definitely recommend the Irish Stew - it was delicious! I would highly recommend this VRBO apartment for a visit to Quebec City! It is very convenient to the city and old town. We were there to visit the Christmas Markets. A fabulous time was had by all!

Wonderful place !

We rented the condo for 2 nights and when we arrived at the condo - it was in mint condition - as it shows in the pictures. Condo has all the amenities and enough linens, bed sheets and comforters for family of 5-6. Owner of the condo was also very quick in response and was very helpful. The best part of the condo is the roof top - with beautiful views and hot tub. It was lovely to spend evening with a glass of wine and relax. Also the condo is centrally located to everything. There's lot of good restaurants nearby and at walking distance. Montmorency falls was just 15 minutes away and so is old Quebec city. Another good thing about this condo - it has a big binder with all the details and instructions on all most everything, including suggested restaurants, maps etc.. which was very helpful and handy to us. The only thing that we didn't like about the condo is: there's no elevator and you have to climb 4 floors to get to the top of the condo. If you have lot of luggage and older people in your group then this might be difficult as you can not come up and go down as often as you think without an elevator. Overall - wonderful stay and we had lovely time.

Very strong musty smell!

We stayed for 4 nights. Pro's: The space was very clean, great neighborhood, nice size, nice kitchen and bathrooms and it was overall modern. Nice roof top views. Con's: Their is a very strong and unpleasant smell in the apartment. It smells very musty/moldy. The ceiling is concrete and has many stains on it. It appears to us that it has had water damage and may be what is causing the smell. We were concerned and it ruined our stay. When we arrived, I contacted the the manager and he told me to open the windows a little. That did not help and its clear that he knows its an issue. I knew that there was many flights of stairs but they were worse than expected. There is no elevator. Since we were on a two trip, our luggage was heavy so we had to take items out of our bags and make many trips to unpack and pack. It you have minimal items/luggage, it probably won't be an issue. Also the sectional was very low and not good to sit on. They need to buy a proper sectional or couch. We would not stay here again.

Friends trip

The property is just as in photos, it’s clean, comfortable and very spacious for 4. The amenities in the suite are so well stocked, coffee, toilet paper etc. The hot tub was a super bonus feature, we enjoyed it most evenings. The area is close enough to the city for an easy walk. The community offers shops, restaurants, and the pub on the main floor is worth a visit. The window in the first bedroom is broken, it would not open, so the room was warm at night. That would be our only mention. Thanks for an awesome stay!
