Location was great for getting around anywhere in Nashville. Place was clean, quiet and perfect for a long weekend. I would highly recommended.

This is a beautiful location loaded with everything you need for an easy and fun stay. There was tons of parking, a dog park, enough land to walk my dog, great appliances, and great access to all of Nashville.

Everything was very clean and updated. It was a perfect weekend getaway. You can hear the people next door but we weren’t there much so it wasn’t a bother.

While the owner of the property did a very nice job rehabbing the space, some very important details were left out of this listing, especially when traveling with a family. The unit itself was nice looking but here’s where it goes down- these units are office spaces converted to be “condos”. The floors are cement with epoxy. Again, looks nice but the stuffy industrial smell wore very heavy on my allergies and breathing. Putting that aside, LOCATION. The exact location does not mention that these were once office buildings located in one of the most unsafe parts of the city. We legit heard gunshots at 4:30am on our first night. When traveling with a family, I feel that customers need to know this. The owner made that place look really nice but had I known any of the other details, I would have made another choice- especially traveling with my family and surprising them for a birthday.

The property was nicely appointed and had everything one would need for a nice stay and there was plenty of parking for your full sized truck.The only only issues we had was with an overly rude administrator from the neighboring school who flagged my wife down as she was coming home scolding her for traveling through a public parking lot and trying to stop her from parking in the lot. You also have a daily line of school buses that block the majority of the parking in the afternoons during the week. We also had a neighbor for a couple of days who had a dog that had separation anxiety that barked continuously while it's family were out most of the day into the night. The three previously mentioned things do not reflect on this property, but we would consider staying again.

Recently renovated unit. I loved the new plumbing. Plenty of hot water with no delay, smoothly operating faucets and shower.New washer and dryer. Nice furniture. Extremely comfortable bed.Plenty of kitchen items—pots, pans, dishes, cups, knives and forks, etc. I prefer drip, but tolerated the K-cups coffee maker.No suitcase carriers that hotels provide, but that's a nice-to-have, so not a real negative.Several minor issues led me to rate this as overall 4 stars rather than 5.When I arrived, I found the correct suite number but on the door saw a note warning visitors that this was not the right unit, and a drawing with directions to the correct one (same number, different building). As I was reading the note an annoyed-looking woman opened the door. Conclusion: The instructions given to me must have misled multiple others to the wrong unit. I have provided the host with a photo of that note.I had to violently bang the front door when exiting to close the spring latch. I fixed this by applying zipper lubricant.A hand-held shower attachment would unstick from the bathroom wall after a few hours, causing spilled water on the bathroom floor.The frame around the bed had hard-to-see corners at floor level of some hard material. Hit it with my toe—ouch! Again the next day—ouch!The dishwasher leaked while running, creating a large puddle on the floor. I fixed it by press-fitting a loose rubber strip.But still, mostly a pleasant stay. I'll want to stay here again.
