We’re sorry, however, that the temperature during your stay impacted your experience. We understand that Arizona’s summer heat can be intense, and we take concerns about the home’s cooling seriously. Our HVAC system is designed to maintain the home at a safe and comfortable temperature, and we specifically communicated the 72° minimum setting because setting the thermostat lower can cause the system to freeze and potentially result in a complete loss of air conditioning. We also appreciate you bringing the indoor temperatures to our attention. Had we known the home was consistently reaching temperatures in the upper 70s despite the thermostat being set to 72°, we would have been happy to investigate the HVAC system during your stay. We regret that you chose to leave early rather than giving us the opportunity to address the issue. We appreciate your positive comments about the property and your feedback regarding additional fans and cooling options. We’ll certainly take those suggestions into consideration as we continue improving the guest experience.
