THE SPACE:
This single-level, dog-friendly retreat features 10 total beds across 4 bedrooms. The open floor plan creates two distinct hangout zones — perfect for splitting the group or piling everyone in together.

I rated this a 4 due to the high traffic that runs down Utica Street, it did keep some of my guests awake at night. The property itself was nice and clean. Everyone slept comfortably in their own beds. A few things that could use some attention is the bath towels, they looked extremely old, worn and torn (dinghy). I come from a family that likes to cook while out of town, there were only 2 small frying pans. Trying to cook for a large family took longer than usual. Overall it was nice, we enjoyed the use of the hot tub. It suited our needs during our stay.

This house is super clean, well stocked with all sorts of things to do as well as plenty of room to spread out. The host is excellent to work with and very responsive! If you are looking for a place in Lubbock with a fairly large group then this is a great option!

Nice space to spread out!

We enjoyed our long weekend stay. Everyone had a place of their own to spread out and our adult kids really enjoyed the hot tub! Great location convenient to food and shopping. Would stay again!

This property was clean and the beds/bedrooms were as advertised. The check in process was good and they even had it ready for us a little bit early to accommodate a schedule change in our plans! This is an older property in an older part of town but it was great for the groomsmen for my sons wedding to stay in!

Really nice place to stay.

Overall the house was very well appointed. Hot tub not working, other than that we had a pleasant stay, close by Texas Tech, and plenty of places to eat near by.

Great place for a group, comfortable

The property was accommodating and very convenient for my family with young kids. Excellent check in process and we would stay here again. Listing was as described and comfortable for even big groups. Plenty of towels and amenities which some other rentals lack.

Perfect for our weekend trip!

We made it up to Lubbock for a football game with friends and family, and this was a great spot to accommodate our group. Plenty of beds, a nice patio, and games for adults and kids. The house was very clean, and the host was always responsive. Definitely worth a stay, if youve got

It was a wonderful house to stay in

We loved all the beds and the layout of the house. My daughter graduated from Tech and it held all of our family!!! It was nice to have the grill and the hot tub and shuffle board. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Lubbock!!

Great house for group of teens

We stayed here when taking a group of middle school boys to football camp. It had plenty of beds for our group. Two bathrooms was a challenge but we made it work. The location was great and close to restaurants. Check in/out was easy.
