Nice place and centrally located

This was a nice property and accomidated two other couples and our two year old twins nicely. We would definately stay here again.

Great Stay!!

This house was perfect to house all of the family we had in town for a medical emergency. Isabel was so helpful and was always available when I had questions.

Great house close to campus

We stayed for a short weekend and it was great. Close enough to walk to the game, very close to Broadway, and close to campus. Will definitely be renting again.

Noise neighborhood but Nice home

The home and management were very accommodating. The place was spotless and provided ample amenities for my family. The neighborhood was noisy at night, but with the security cameras and lighting, we felt safe.

Great house for a graduation rental!

Quaint and very comfortable house. Grandparents, 2 adult sons, and a 2 year old girl. Was just perfect for us!

Perfect Stay in Lubbock

The home was clean. Very well decorated. Entry was straightforward. Nice location to the university and many restaurants. Host was excellent to work with and returned text in a very timely manner. Loved our stay even though our team lost the games.

Our host was very responsive in the beginning. The layout of the home was fantastic. Unfortunately it is right next to a high traffic homeless population. Our car was damaged. The Lubbock police department was awesome. We contacted the host and then passed to evolve and went through a series of calls with their customer service. Of course all customer services agents we spoke to kept going back to the contract. Even though it’s well posted all over the property there are camera they only use that as a deterrent for the unwanted local guest. In the contract states there are NO cameras so unfortunately we never knew who smashed our back window. Nor was there a broom in the place to clean it up. Luckily we had a nice neighbor to lend us one’s. We were moving kiddos in and all evolve could do was send us links to over price hotels. We were stuck luckily the activity in the evening settled down toward end of our stay. It’s unfortunate because house is great and location is good. Just be mindful that the foot traffic to the shelters is right next door. For most part they mind their own business but I didn’t feel comfortable with my daughter walking places at night. It was just unfortunate that a helpless person decided to damage our property.luckily they didn’t have any interest in our dorm room decorations.

Terrific guesthouse

Rented the house for family coming for my graduation & it was the perfect comfy home base for my dad and his siblings. We sat on the comfy couches and told old stories and had a blast! Everyone slept comfortably and the fridge was large enough to stock everyone’s favorite beverages!

Excellent for Game Weekend stay!

This house is in an excellent location for football game weekends and has walkable entertainment and food options nearby. Very clean interior, well furnished and enough rooms for a decent sized group of friends. Only minor inconveniences were the door code (keypad) didn't work as instructed, and there isn't a true dining area in the house, otherwise everything was great.

In town with family for a TTU football game. Property is next to a local church, so not a neighborhood setting. House was perfect, clean and spacious - plenty of room for our group of 6. Definitely recommend!

Lubbock Graduation STay

We were in Lubbock to celebrate our son's graduation from Texas Tech. This house is very conveniently located to everything. The host was easily accessible and friendly and helpful. The home was exactly as pictured. It is decorated very nicely and it was perfectly roomy for the 5 of us. We would stay here again if a stay in Lubbock became necessary!

Lovely place for a visit to Texas Tech

Lovely place. Bedrooms are well decorated and comfortable. Large sectional was great for movie watching in the evening. It worked well for our trip for TTU Graduation. There is not a dining area, so we brought a folding table and camping chairs and spent most of the time outside as the weather was beautiful! If you do not plan on cooking, this is a great place! Super close to campus.

Had an amazing experience

We needed somewhere to stay to house several family members while we were going through a horrible time. We had a family member in the hospital and we are not from the area. We had an amazing experience with this property…it was the perfect place for all of us to be together at such a crucial time. The person we were in contact with for the property was so helpful and was readily available anytime I had a question. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed this property very much. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the living room had plenty of sitting space, the kitchen was a little tight, but overall it had everything that we needed. The front porch is a very nice outdoor gathering space. I would recommend that you bring chairs to enjoy the space. Overall, I would recommend and would be happy to stay again. The Evolve management team was also great to work with, responsive and accommodating. Thank you! Thank you!

Cute house close to Jones AT&T Stadium

This is an older home that has been nicely re-done on the inside with ample parking. The kitchen, baths, and bedrooms are all equipped with the essentials including plenty of towels, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and extra pillows, blankets and sheets. Just a note for coffee drinkers: there is a coffee pot rather than a Keurig- which is fine for us. The living room is very cozy and seats several people on the sectional and swivel chair. The washer and dryer are a nice convenience. The security system provides peace of mind. Tech’s football stadium is only a 1.2 mile walk!

convenient location

We rented this house for our family during my daughter's graduation. The location was perfect for us because it was walking distance from my daughter's apartment (I had no idea at the time of booking) and about a mile away from Texas Tech campus. The church parking lot, across the street, provided extra parking for friends to come over for dinner. Luckly, we had it catered and didn't have to cook. The kitchen/dining area was tight (kinda like an RV), but I already knew what I was getting into looking at the pictures. I'm pretty sure everyone eats on their beautiful sectional, but you would never know it. We brought extra folding chairs to eat on the spacious front porch because the weather was great. if you have the space in your vehicle, maybe bring some tv table trays. There is no access to the backyard, but it would feel too segregated to eat out there anyway because there is no backdoor to get there. The rooms were very clean, simple, and spacious. Heavier sleepers might need to sleep in the master bedroom because of the road noise (or bring a sound machine). The backrooms are a little cooler for hot natured people. There is a bit of a homlessness walking to the church for their meals, but they weren't a bother. This property is also listed for Marriott Bonvoy members and I was able to book it using my points a couple of months before the graduation. For that being a Bonvoy property and a relatively short amount of time, I was very grateful. The house was very comfortable. The host was also very excellent and for me that goes a long way. The whole process went very smooth!

Very Accommodating house

We had a great time this weekend. Did a college tour with teenagers, went to the game, and enjoyed the house. Communication was great and we were super grateful for early check in!
