We had a great stay with just the right size house. Our little dog loved the fenced backyard. Up-to-date throughout, this little house has big hospitality.

We spent 5 days here and it was super nice. Great location to Indy and whatever you want to do. Fenced in back yard for pets was handy and much appreciated! House was stocked with most things you need, cleaning supplies and mops and brooms, vacuum. Communication quick and helpful if needed. Very friendly host. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was great for our stay with our pets. Great location, close to downtown. Loved the fact that the place had parking instead of having to park in the street. The host was fabulous - very responsive, polite and accommodating. Will definitely book again !!

Was a great experience! We were 10 minutes from the stadium which made all of our race day plans very easy! Made it very enjoyable for the whole weekend!

The house was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable accommodations. Used the kitchen a lot for meals and they had all that we needed. We spent the weekend there and had rain so having a fire our back was not possible unfortunately. Checkin and out was very simple because they gave very good instructions on entry and exit to the house. Would definitely stay there again the next time I’m in that area.

The house has a lot of character and history, with interesting Indiana memorabilia on the walls. There are some nice amenities like board games for kids, an iron, and a fire pit.

Communication with host was easy and they were flexible. Pictures were post accurate. While the kitchen had plenty of silverware, plates and frying pans, unfortunately there was only one pot and no lids. We were there for a work event, as my partner is a private chef, so the lack of cooking materials was a challenge. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean, as was the living room, but the was a distinct smell of urine there and we did not end up bringing pets with us. Couches and chairs were shaky and were not the most comfortable. The front walkway is not at all even so as someone with mobility issues it was very difficult to navigate. The space is very cute, but there issues in some of the details.

Check in was really quick and easy. We used a key code to get in and a code to disarm the alarm. I had a few questions and the host answered immediately. Property was clean.and modern.

We stayed one night and the location was 6 minutes to Gaines Field house. The house was as described, however the shower did not get very warm.

The house was beautiful overall. However, there were a few issues. Both rooms smelled like animal urine, and the carpet looked like it needed cleaning. This, combined with my allergies, made it difficult to sleep. The bed was also dirty When I first walked in, the house smelled like an animal had just left. Despite these problems, the neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbors didn’t bother us. The host was also helpful.

The house was cute. Loved the coffee when arrived! Only wished there were tvs in bedrooms per Kids request. Strong smell of bug spray that overwhelmed the house. Didnt spend the night but would have if aired out.

A few things I would change: 1. The place had a very strong odor of bug spray. This made me think that there were roaches present, even though I did not see any or see any signs that there was a bug problem. 2. List the address on the site, giving people the opportunity to view the home, both inside and out and the surroundings. 3. Put a door leading down to th basement. This helps keep kids and pets safe from wandering in areas they shouldn't be in. We thought the place was clean, well decorated and everything was easy to handle.

The house was in good shape and had everything needed, but it could have been cleaner upon arrival. The bathroom floor didn't look like it had been cleaned, some things in the kitchen weren't wiped off, and the white shag area rug and ottoman in the living room were visibly dirty. The location allowed easy access to Indy and the interstate. The neighborhood wasn't great, especially the surrounding streets.
