Lovely, bright, spacious property, comfortable beds, and the communication with Daniel, the owner, was great. He went out of his way to let us know about an item we had left behind and arrange for us to pick it up. Wonderful experience and we would stay there again!

The owner/property manager was very responsive, but the heat in the master didn't work for 2 days. But it had everything we needed to have an impromptu Thanksgiving and was very convenient location.

While I regret the temporary heating issue in the master bedroom, I’m happy I was able to address it quickly by sending a technician and expediting a space heater during the holiday rush. The issue has since been fully resolved. Thank you again for your understanding, and we’d be happy to welcome you back.

The unit showed wear and tear on the interior ( carpets worn & dirty, peeling kitchen counter top, dirt in corners and next to bathroom vanity, killed a silverfish in the kitchen sink and black ants in the bathroom. Unknown type of stain on bedsheets … for a recently refreshed unit it was not comfortable, cleanly nor quiet. Lower unit had two large dogs barking on occasion throughout our stay. Only two window air conditioners is not sufficient for three bedrooms, a kitchen and a living space.Over grown lawn, garbage cans in front of duplex crowding the driveway access. Needs much better management.

Host was wonderful at communicating before and during our stay. The house is adorable and well decorated. A few suggested notes of improvement would be the cleanliness of the bathroom, and dishwasher/ kitchen sink had an odor , no pillowcases on the pillows and there was no laundry detergent available..However, these were all minor and did not affect our overall feeling about this listing. Thank you for the sweet experience .
