We were in Williamsburg to visit Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. The location was SO close to both parks. It was easy to get to off the highway. It was private and offered everything we were looking for!

Updated, clean and perfect rental for a getaway. Located within 2 miles of Williamsburg and only a short drive from Busch Gardens. The unit had updated appliances and bathroom and was very comfortable when staying in. Rosi was a fantastic communicator and checkin and checkout were smooth with no issues.

The apartment was the perfect size and proximity for a visit to Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Jamestown. Colonial Williamsburg was within walking distance and we had easy access to local restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.

Space was perfect for the two of us and the host had left coffee supplies so I did not have to make a mad dash to the grocery store to support my addiction. There is a nice sized back yard, esp for the area, but the fenced in area is a patio, not a “yard”. Plenty of closet space for hanging clothes but only a hanging cubicle thing in master bedroom only for folded and nowhere to keep open suitcase but on the floor (or second bed if not using it.). No food storage area that I found but plenty of dishes, adequate cook wear and a spacious fridge/freezer. Overall, great place to stay in Williamsburg and perfect for two people who don’t plan to eat in much, which we did not. Would definitely stay there again. Really close to Colonial Williamsburg and William.and Mary.

Perfect, cozy getaway to explore Williamsburg, VA. The apartment was clean with roomy bathroom and fully stocked kitchen for cooking. It was located near the convenience stores, restaurants, parks, cultural and historical sites and other attractions. Rosi was friendly and provided very easy check in and check out instructions.

Perfect location for and easy drive to William and Mary and colonial Williamsburg. Property was quaint and comfortable. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Absolutely perfect little place. First time in ive ever "Not" stayed in a hotel on family trips and this stay was top notch. Private, quiet, close to everything! Will 100% book this place again. Family loved it

We are a family that cooks all of our meals at home so the kitchen was very well equipped. When we had a concern the host addressed it right away. We stayed 8 nights and the place was very quiet. Everything was very clean. We would stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The unit was spotless… and even though we’ve used VRBO for numerous years, this host provided extra amenities that I have never had before. She could not have been any more accommodating. As an added bonus, the unit is in a wonderful location…close to everything! We would definitely stay with her again when in Williamsburg.

Rosie‘s place was wonderful. It was very clean and well kept. Check-in was extremely smooth. Rosie communicated with us through the app and was quick to respond with to any questions. Her place had everything you could need. We found the beds and sheets extremely comfortable. The only thing that I would say is the home is advertised with having a fenced in yard. While it does have a small fenced in area, there is no grass inside the fenced area. There is a yard outside the fenced area, but if you are looking for somewhere for your dog to run unleashed, this does not have that. Our small dog still enjoyed the yard on the opposite side of the fence. We would stay here again.

This is a lovely semi-detached cottage located conveniently just a 5 minute drive from Colonial Williamsburg and 15 minutes from Jamestown. The property was scrupulously clean when we arrived and check-in was effortless. It is nicely furnished with very comfortable living room furniture and beds, fully equipped kitchen, and lots of nice little touches like condiments, coffee and snacks available in the kitchen. Has a little patio for sitting outside in nice weather. The host was super-responsive and responded immediately to our questions. All in all, this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in and we highly recommend it.

This was a great spot to enjoy Williamsburg. Comfy beds, full kitchen and quiet! Rosi was a great host. It was a short, easy drive to Busch Gardens and we walked over to visit Colonial Williamsburg. Restaurants and conviences within walking distance. Thanks Rosi, we woyld definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone!

SUPER clean home, and very well appointed for the size. Communication was top-notch and checkin was super smooth. Central to everything Williamsburg has to offer, just about walking distance to the historic area.
