Lovely 2 bedroom condo located in beautiful Kingsmill Resort!

Enjoy a relaxing stay in the resort section of the beautiful gated Kingsmill community.
Lovely updated 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Master includes Kingsize bed, bathroom with tiled shower. Second bedroom offers two full size beds and bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Two outdoor balconies with seasonal golf course, Wareham pond views from late fall to early spring(wooded the rest of the year).
Living room area includes wood burning fireplace, sleeper sofa. Kitchen stocked with essentials including coffee, tea, spices , oils/ vinegar, condiments & much more.
Condo also includes two computer desks, 55 inch smart TV, linens, towels , free Wifi, hair dryer, iron, ironing board & laundry.

**Please let us know if you are traveling with a baby/toddler. Certain baby essentials available to make your trip easier.

Kingsmill is perfectly situated along the banks of the James River. Less then 3 miles to Busch Gardens/Water Country & short drive to Colonial Williamsburg, Duke of Gloucester Street, William & Mary, Jamestown Settlement , Colonial Parkway and everything else Williamsburg and historic triangle has to offer!

Rental of this condo includes access to miles of walking trails, playgrounds, basketball court, tennis courts, athletic fields with soccer goals "The Mill" full service coffee shop which also serves baked items, sandwiches, gelato - 5 minute walk from condo
The Spa at Kingsmill offers a wide array of services.

A beautiful and peaceful respite

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well appointed. We had everything we needed to be comfy and relaxed. We came to see our son graduate at Fort Eustis and this lovely place at Kings Mill was just what we needed. We also enjoyed walking around the community and saw wild life and the James River. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.

Weekend Getaway for Birthday

Amazing condo for a couple or family. Very clean and comfortable stay. Love the balcony with the view of the fall leaves as well a pond. We actually saw two deer early in the am while drinking our coffee. I would definitely recommend this for anyone coming to see Williamsburg or Busch Gardens.

Perfect stay!

We had such a great time at this condo! Great location, easy and wonderful check in and super clean. Beds were comfortable and place was very kid-friendly for our 9 month old to crawl around in! Trying to book our next stay soon! Thanks so much!

Wonderful stay

Lovely condominium that was very clean, bright, and accommodating. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the owner had everything you could think of onsite including an emergency kit, as a nurse of course I found that to be very wise. Thank you so very much for your wonderful hospitality!

Comfortable weekend stay for Busch Gardens and Williamsburg

We had a comfortable stay here for our weekend trip to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Conveniently located close to both. The nearby playground was a hit my our kids - it was a five minute walk from the condo. Kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking/dining in/take out. Very quiet location!

Great stay with a highly available host

Great stay for our family with two young kids, walking distance to the marina, tennis, and coffee. Small hiccup around cleaning and a leak from a recent renovation, but the host Amy was available to remediate ultra-fast. Would stay again!

Lots of room

This 2 bedroom condo is very spacious and clean. It is in a great location in the Kingsmill Resort. The owners were great with communication and even offered a late check out because the weather had not been good on the day before we were leaving.

Great place with 2 - 18 month olds!

Great place to stay for the weekend while we were in town! They had all the basic items people come to appreciate when at home. In just a couple minutes we could make the place pretty much kid proof for our 2 toddlers. We will definitely be renting again next time we come to town!

Great stay!

Really nice condo in a great location with plenty of easy parking, and backs up to quiet pond and wooded area. Starter amenities were generous and abundant, and Amy is incredibly responsive and very helpful! The check-in and out process was a breeze, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Second Thanksgiving Stay in a Row

Our 5 and 7-year-old children have taken to calling Amy & Matt's condo their "Williamsburg Condo," as this was our second year staying here for the Thanksgiving holiday to visit family in Kingsmill. We will be returning year-after-year for as long as they will have us. Also, this trip, our daughter left a favorite stuffed animal behind, and Amy & Matt were kind to take a picture, send it to us, and assist in getting it back to our home in Georgia. We cannot thank them enough for their hospitality!

Beautiful Clean Comfortable Condo right in Williamsburg

It is indeed a "Lovely 2 bedroom condo located in beautiful Kingsmill Resort." We stayed 2 nights (2 adults and 2 teens) to visit Busch Gardens. Location could not have been more perfect (BG is practically right next door). The condo and grounds were beautiful. Decor, cleanliness, welcome snack basket, amenities (bathroom and kitchen), comfy beds - all exceptional. Easy, smooth, safe check in and out . Exactly as pictured and described. Could not ask for more.

Lovely Place to Stay!

This property was so comfortable, we felt right at home. It was a great bonus having coffee already available to us, and our daughter really enjoyed the playground just a few minutes walk away. It was super close to Busch Gardens, which was our main reason for staying there. I would highly recommend this property and it was a pleasure working with Amy and Matt!

Cozy, comfortable, exceptionally clean

The property was perfect for our family's short stay in Williamsburg. Very thoughtful amenities were scattered throughout. Beds were very comfy. Very quiet overall. We've stayed at several VRBO Kingsmill properties, and this was our favorite!

great location and super friendly host!

Amy was awesome to communicate with, was super responsive, and took care of any issues we had in the unit. I did provide her some feedback on issues while we were there, and she was very receptive. Would definitely stay here again.
