Location perks: Scenic 30A bike path (0.1 miles), Greenway Park Pool (0.2 miles), Seagrove Beach (2.2 miles), Seaside Town Center (3.0 miles), Publix at WaterColor Crossings (3.0 miles)

— 6 Smart TVs (up to 75”) with Roku
— Samsung soundbar (living room)
— Central heat and A/C

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the private patio, grill, and driveway parking. The shared Greenway Park community pool is a short walk away—access details will be provided before your stay.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended, but many top spots are easily accessible by bike or foot. The 30A scenic bike path is just 0.1 miles away, and local rental companies offer bikes and golf carts for added convenience. There is no public shuttle in Seagrove.
