Perfect space for ladies long weekend get away. Neighborhood was quiet safe and secure. Location close to everything salem has to offer. Accomidations tidy with soft comfortable beds.

Good value for the area and good location for tourists, but still quiet. Very clean. Host replied quickly and was easy to work with. No negatives.

Great location and very comfortable stay! Walking distance to McDonalds, Starbucks, Family Dollar, and a gas station. The drive to downtown was 5 to 10 minutes. I was a bit confused about parking but just parked right out front with no issues. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The stairs are very steep as the listing said so I would not recommend this to anyone with mobility or balance issues. Entrance was around back with a keypad - no issues there but once you go up the first set of stairs there is another door with a keypad. The second one did not work but I used the keys from the lockbox out side with no issue. I was thankful they communicated those were there just incase! I would recommend this location to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay, was close enough to Salem to walk everyday. The place was clean and had all needed amenities. Even though it was on the third floor, it was still accessible and easy to get up. Also, it was separate and private despite being in a shared building which was nice. The host was very communicative and accommodating as well.

This place is not for you IF… you have a car, if you’re a average size person, If you have young children, if your a older person, If your claustrophobic, if you want a fire exit/detectors or if you like to open windows, if you like to sit outside, if you want secure locks. The place has all new yet very low quality and or uncomfortable furniture. The air conditioner barely worked. The locks on the doors are iffy at best the stairwell as a death trap. I could continue on but. After our first night out of three we found another place to go. This is nothing but a money grab. The ONLY positive thing I can say is they did refund us for the 2 nights. You cannot park in the driveway. They tell you to park on the street l. But in order to park on the street You need a parking permit which they did not tell you and if you choose to not get the permit that streets a tollway zone. My only advice.DO NOT DO IT! Very unsafe. Not even a fire extinguisher anywhere and if there’s a fire, you only have one way out, which is narrow steep stairwell that you can barely fit down! .!! it’s a very scary place and I don’t mean spooky! Pictures included!

My 3 kids and I named this the Hobbit house with the winding stairs and odd shape ceilings. Stairs are not ideal for toddlers or young children. Kitchen has a smaller fridge and microwave. Which was all we needed for our stay. Power breaker did shut off lights twice but house Manager was quick to fix within a few mins each time.Within walking distance to the public bus into Salem Square. Quick easy access to all major Salem attractions and about 1:45 mins into Boston. Neighborhood is quite and felt safe. Would recommend to anyone not wanting to stay in cramped hotel.

This was the perfect place for me and my girlfriend, we didn’t use the other bedroom. The place was clean and a lot of space for us. Since the unexpected heat wave was going thru Cesar had us a portable ac unit that cooled everything down. Would stay here again. Very responsive
